Reliable and improving platform
Started using Zoom about five years ago, and it's come a long way since then. The video quality and stability have really improved, making remote meetings a lot smoother overall.

Reliable remote meetings
We struggled to keep remote meetings on track with people dropping in and out constantly, but Zoom made it easy to stay connected with stable calls and straightforward scheduling. It saved a lot of frustration during our weekly team check-ins.

Reliable video quality overall
Tried Google Meet and Microsoft Teams before settling on Zoom mainly because its video quality felt more consistent, even with spotty wifi. I do wish the interface was a bit less cluttered though, sometimes it takes a second to find the right setting during meetings. Overall, it’s been reliable for both work and casual hangouts.

Works okay, but lags sometimes
Zoom does the job for meetings, but sometimes the connection gets a bit sketchy and the video lags. I like that it’s easy to join calls without too much hassle though.

Reliable but a bit clunky
Switched from Google Meet because Zoom felt more reliable for larger groups, but honestly, the interface can get cluttered and sometimes the call quality drops unexpectedly. Compared it to Microsoft Teams too, which has better integration with other apps, so I find myself juggling between tools depending on the meeting.

Good but pricey for casual use
The pricing feels a bit steep, especially if you just need it for occasional meetings. It works well and is reliable, but I’m not sure the cost always matches the value for smaller teams or individuals. For heavier users, it might pay off, but for casual use, it’s a tough call.

Works okay, some glitches
Zoom gets the job done most of the time, but I’ve noticed it can be glitchy with audio sometimes which is annoying. The interface is simple enough, but I wish it was a bit easier to manage meeting controls on mobile.

Zoom keeps us connected
Our team of about 12 quickly switched to Zoom for daily check-ins and project updates. Getting everyone on board was smoother than expected, and it really helped keep collaboration flowing even when working remotely.

Reliable and Improving Over Time
Been on Zoom for about three years now, and honestly, it keeps getting better. Early on, it was a bit glitchy and the video quality could be hit or miss, but lately the connection feels way more stable and the interface is cleaner. I appreciate how they've added features like breakout rooms and improved screen sharing, which make meetings run smoother. Still, sometimes the audio can cut out unexpectedly, but overall it’s been a solid tool for staying connected.

Great screen sharing and breakout rooms
The screen sharing feature is exactly what I needed for my team meetings—it's smooth and easy to switch between presenters. I also really like the breakout rooms; they make smaller group discussions feel natural even though we're remote. The only hiccup for me is sometimes the audio cuts out for a second during calls, which can be a bit distracting but nothing too serious overall.
