Easy scheduling, saves time
Honestly, Acuity Scheduling made setting up appointments way less of a headache for me. The interface is super straightforward, and syncing with my calendar actually works without a hitch. Sometimes I wish there were a couple more customization options for reminders, but overall it’s saved me a ton of back-and-forth emails. Definitely a solid tool if you wanna keep things organized without stressing too much.

Makes scheduling way easier
This scheduling app makes booking stuff way less stressful. I like how easy it is to set up different appointment types and clients just pick what works for them. The reminders help cut down on no-shows, which is a win. Only thing is sometimes the interface feels a bit clunky, but nothing too annoying.

Helped with back-to-back calls
Scheduling back-to-back client calls was a nightmare before, but Acuity’s automatic buffer times really helped smooth things out. Still, the interface can be clunky and a bit confusing when setting up more complex bookings.

Customizable and Reliable Scheduling
Tried Calendly and Setmore before landing on Acuity Scheduling. What stood out with Acuity was the level of customization for appointment types and the smooth integration with my calendar, which neither of the others handled as well. It’s not perfect—sometimes the interface feels a bit cluttered—but overall, it made managing client bookings way easier.

Really smooth scheduling tool
Acuity's been a solid help for booking stuff without the usual back-and-forth. I like how easy it is to set up and the reminders actually cut down on no-shows. Wish it had a bit more customization on the calendar view though.

Good value for time saved
The pricing feels a bit steep at first, but for my small business it’s definitely worth it since it saves me tons of time on scheduling. Honestly, it’s paid for itself after just a couple months.

Decent but a bit clunky
It’s alright for booking stuff but setting up some features was kinda confusing and not super intuitive. Works fine once you get the hang of it though.

Solid scheduling tool that improves
Started using Acuity Scheduling about four years ago when I needed a simple way to manage client bookings. Over time, I’ve noticed the interface has become much smoother and some of the new features, like better calendar integrations and automated reminders, really make a difference. While it’s mostly reliable, there have been a few hiccups with syncing that took some back-and-forth with support to fix. Overall, it’s definitely gotten better and stays straightforward enough for my small business needs.

Streamlined team scheduling
Our team of about 10 started using Acuity Scheduling after the boss insisted on trying something new to cut down on back-and-forth emails. Getting everyone on board was smoother than I expected since the interface is pretty intuitive, and now scheduling meetings feels way less chaotic. It’s definitely made coordinating across different time zones easier, though sometimes the mobile app can be a bit glitchy.

Great reminders, timezone quirks
The client reminders are a lifesaver and have cut down on no-shows, but sometimes the time zone settings get a bit confusing for international clients.
