Good syncing, flaky reminders

The calendar syncing is really helpful and usually works fine, but the client reminders sometimes don’t send out on time which can be a hassle. Also, the interface feels a bit clunky when trying to customize appointment types.

Simple and effective scheduler

I’ve found Acuity Scheduling super easy to set up and it saves me a ton of time with booking stuff. Clients like how simple it is to use too, though sometimes the notifications can be a bit delayed. Still, does exactly what I need most days.

Better customization than Calendly

Switched from Calendly after running into too many feature limits for my business. Acuity's customization options and client reminders fit my workflow better, though the interface isn’t as sleek as some others.

Really helps with scheduling

Honestly, Acuity's been a lifesaver for keeping my schedule straight without any headaches. Setting up appointments is super easy and it syncs well with my calendar. Only thing is sometimes the notifications can be a bit delayed, but overall it’s solid.

Saves time, worth cost

The pricing felt a bit steep at first, but once I saw how much time it saved managing appointments, it really started to pay for itself. For small teams, it’s great value because it cuts down so much back-and-forth with clients. Definitely worth the investment if scheduling eats up your day.

Setup was a bit slow

Getting everything set up took longer than I expected—probably a couple of hours fiddling with settings and integrations. The onboarding wasn’t very guided, which made the learning curve a bit frustrating at first. Once it was up and running, though, scheduling clients became much smoother.

Works but a bit glitchy

Scheduling's easy enough, but the interface feels a bit clunky and sometimes glitches when syncing with my calendar.

Gets scheduling done

It's alright, scheduling works fine but the UI sometimes feels clunky and a bit frustrating to navigate. Wish it was a bit smoother.

Simplified scheduling process

I was constantly juggling back-and-forth emails trying to find meeting times that worked for everyone on my team. Acuity Scheduling let me set my availability and share a link, so clients could book directly without the hassle. It saved me so much time and cut down on confusion.

Decent but clunky for teams

Our team of six started using Acuity Scheduling because the manager wanted a centralized booking system, but getting everyone to adopt it was a struggle since some preferred their old methods. It works okay for basic scheduling, though the lack of seamless collaboration features sometimes causes confusion when multiple people try to manage appointments.
