Streamlined team scheduling
Our team of 8 switched to Acuity Scheduling after our manager pushed for a better way to handle client bookings. Getting everyone on board took a couple weeks, but once we got the hang of it, coordinating meetings became way less of a hassle. Sometimes the notifications get a bit overwhelming, but overall it’s helped our team stay synced up without a ton of back-and-forth emails.

Overpriced for basic features
The pricing for Acuity Scheduling feels way too high for what you actually get. I was expecting more features to be included in the lower tiers, but instead, you have to keep upgrading just to unlock basic stuff. It didn't really provide a return on investment for my small business, and honestly, there are cheaper options that cover the essentials better. Feels like they’re charging extra just because they can, which was frustrating.

Great reminders, sync needs tweaking
The client reminders have saved me so much time following up, and they're super easy to customize which is great. The calendar sync works well most of the time, but I've run into a few glitches where appointments don’t always update immediately.

Decent but could be better
Acuity Scheduling does the job for booking appointments but sometimes feels a bit clunky to set up. I like that clients can easily pick times, but the interface isn't super intuitive for me and took a bit to figure out. Also, the notification settings got confusing and I missed a couple of reminders. Not bad overall, just kinda meh compared to some others I've tried.

Makes Booking Super Easy
Acuity Scheduling makes booking appointments way easier than juggling emails back and forth. I like that it syncs up with my calendar so I never double-book, and clients seem to dig how simple it is to use. Sometimes the interface feels a bit clunky when setting up new types of appointments, but overall it’s saved me a ton of time. Definitely worth checking out if you handle a lot of bookings.
