Great calendar and automation
The calendar view in Airtable is exactly what we needed to keep track of deadlines in a visual way. The automation feature is handy too, but setting it up can be a bit confusing at first. Overall, it’s made organizing projects way easier for our team.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 12 started using Airtable for managing project timelines and tracking deliverables. Getting everyone on board took a couple of weeks since some folks were used to spreadsheets, but once they saw how visual and flexible it was, adoption picked up quickly. It’s made collaboration easier because we can all comment and update in real time without messy email chains. The only downside is that some advanced features can be a bit confusing for less tech-savvy team members.

Good but a bit clunky
Works alright for organizing stuff but can get kinda clunky when you have a lot going on.

Flexible and powerful database tool
I gave Airtable a shot after trying Notion and Trello, and it really stood out because of how flexible the database views are. Unlike Trello, which felt a bit limited with its card system, Airtable lets me organize information in grids, calendars, and galleries, which fits my workflow better. Notion is great for note-taking but felt clunky when managing larger projects with lots of linked data, so Airtable’s relational database approach won me over. The only downside is that some of the more advanced features are behind a paywall, but overall it’s been worth it for what I needed.

Good value for customization
I find Airtable pretty solid for managing projects, especially with its flexible setup. The pricing is a bit steep when you start adding more collaborators, but honestly, for the level of customization and automation I get, it’s worth the investment. Small teams might find it great value, but if you’re just doing basic stuff, it could feel a bit pricey.

Great for complex projects
Tried Trello and Notion before, but Airtable’s flexible grid and relational database features really stood out for managing complex projects. It’s a bit pricier, but the ability to customize views and link records made organizing our workflows way smoother.

Flexible but slightly clunky
Switched from Trello and Notion and liked Airtable better for its flexibility with data and views. It’s a bit clunky sometimes, but overall makes managing projects way easier for my small team.

Works fine for basics
I use Airtable for organizing some small projects and honestly, it's okay. The interface is clean and pretty easy to get, but sometimes it feels kinda clunky when I try to do more complex stuff. Not sure if I’d pay for it long term tho.
