Quick and straightforward setup
Getting CloudApp up and running was surprisingly quick—I had it installed and ready to use within about 10 minutes. The onboarding material was clear and helped me grasp the basics without feeling overwhelmed. There was a slight learning curve when exploring some of the advanced features, but nothing that slowed me down significantly. Overall, the setup was smooth and hassle-free.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting started with CloudApp was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding guided me through the basics without overwhelming me, and I had it set up and ready to use in under 15 minutes. There was a slight learning curve when figuring out some of the more advanced features, but overall, the interface made things intuitive enough to not get frustrated. Definitely one of the easier tools to implement on my team.

Best for quick screen captures
I tried Loom and Snagit before settling on CloudApp, and honestly, it just clicks better for my workflow. The way CloudApp handles quick screen captures and gif creation is way smoother and less clunky than Loom, plus the built-in annotation tools save me a ton of time compared to Snagit. One small gripe is sometimes the upload speed can lag a bit on bigger files, but overall the ease of sharing and integration with other apps makes it my go-to. Definitely glad I switched over.

Not as smooth as Loom
I gave CloudApp a shot after using Loom and Snagit, hoping it’d be simpler for quick sharing. Honestly, it felt clunky and kept messing up my screen recordings, which was super frustrating when I needed something reliable fast. Loom’s interface feels way more polished and consistent for what I do daily, and Snagit still wins for quick editing features. Maybe CloudApp works better for other folks, but it just didn’t click with me and slowed down my workflow way too much.

Great screen recording tool
The screen recording feature is exactly what I needed for quick walkthroughs and sharing feedback. The annotation tools are super handy, though sometimes they lag a bit on longer videos, which can be annoying.

Game-changer for team communication
Our team of about 12 started using CloudApp a few months ago, mostly for quick screen recordings and sharing feedback. Getting everyone on board was surprisingly smooth since it just made communicating issues way faster than back-and-forth emails. Now, the whole department relies on it to keep projects moving without endless meetings.

Great screen recording, simple annotations
The screen recording feature is super smooth and easy to use, which really helps when explaining things quickly. The annotation tools work well, but sometimes they can feel a bit limited for detailed edits.

Handy for quick sharing
CloudApp's been a solid help for quick screen grabs and sharing them without fuss. Love how easy it is to record videos and just drop the link wherever I need. Sometimes the file sizes get a bit big, which slows things down, but overall it's saved me tons of time when explaining stuff to folks. Definitely worth checking out if you want something simple but effective.

Saved time on bug reports
We were constantly losing time explaining bugs over email until we started using CloudApp to share quick screen recordings. It saved us a ton of back-and-forth and made fixes way faster, though sometimes the upload speed is a bit slow.

Great for remote collaboration
Our team of about 15 switched to CloudApp for quick screen sharing and feedback, and getting everyone to actually use it was smoother than I expected. It’s really helped speed up collaboration, especially when we’re remote, though sometimes file uploads can be slow.
