We were drowning in long email explanations for design feedback until we started using CloudApp to quickly capture and share annotated screenshots. It definitely cut down our back-and-forth and made things clearer, especially when working remotely. That said, the video recording quality sometimes drops, and the free version feels a bit limited for what we needed.
