Game changer for teamwork
Our team of 12 quickly adopted CloudApp after our manager pushed for it, and it’s made sharing quick feedback way easier. The screen recording and instant sharing have really sped up how we collaborate on projects.

Consistently improving tool
Started using this a few years back and have seen it get smoother and add useful features over time. The screen recording and sharing capabilities have become way more intuitive, which really helps with quick collaboration. Sometimes the app can lag a bit on larger files, but overall it’s been a solid tool in my workflow.

Mixed feelings on setup
Getting started with CloudApp was a bit of a mixed bag. The initial onboarding was straightforward enough, and I had the main app up and running in about 10 minutes. However, integrating it fully with some of our other tools took a lot longer than expected and the documentation wasn’t always clear. There was definitely a learning curve when it came to customizing workflows, but once I got the hang of it, things smoothed out.

Clear bug reporting made easy
Was struggling to explain bugs to my dev team with just words, but CloudApp lets me quickly capture and share annotated screenshots which totally cleared up the confusion. The only downside is sometimes the app lags a bit when recording longer videos.

Great value for small teams
I think CloudApp is great value, especially for small teams that need quick screen recording and sharing without fuss. The pricing felt a bit steep at first, but honestly, the time saved in communication more than makes up for it. I do wish the storage limits were a bit higher on the lower plans since I ran out faster than expected. Overall, it’s definitely worth the investment if you use it regularly.

Great for quick shares
Super handy for quick screenshots and sharing vids without any hassle. Sometimes the upload speed drags a bit, but overall it saves me a ton of time when I just wanna get stuff done fast.

Laggy and crashes too much
Honestly, kinda disappointed with CloudApp. The screen recording lags a lot for me and sometimes it just crashes randomly. Thought it’d be smoother considering the hype, but nah.

Great for quick team updates
Our team of about 10 started using CloudApp last quarter to share quick video updates and screenshots, and it really sped up how we communicate. Getting everyone to actually use it took a bit longer than expected, but now it’s part of our daily routine.

Great for quick visual sharing
Our team of about 12 started using CloudApp to share quick video updates and screenshots during remote work. Getting everyone to adopt it was smoother than I expected since it really cuts down on lengthy emails. It’s helped us catch issues faster and keeps collaboration more visual, though sometimes the upload speed can lag a bit.

Still improving after years
Started using this about three years ago, and it’s definitely gotten smoother and more reliable over time. I appreciate the quick updates and how they keep adding useful features without making it complicated.
