Good value for frequent users
The pricing is a bit on the higher side for solo use, but honestly it pays off with how much time I save sharing quick videos and screenshots. Definitely great value if you use those features regularly.

Screen recording made easy
The screen recording feature is super smooth and makes explaining projects way easier. Plus, the instant sharing link saves so much time when sending feedback to the team.

Good value for the price
For what I get out of CloudApp, the pricing feels fair. It might seem a bit steep upfront, especially for freelancers or very small teams, but the time saved sharing quick videos and screenshots definitely adds up. In my experience, it’s paid for itself by making collaboration smoother and cutting down on back-and-forth emails. Overall, I’d say it’s great value if you use it regularly and rely on visual communication.

Slow and clunky compared to others
Tried Loom and Snagit before giving CloudApp a shot, but honestly it felt clunky and slow compared to those. The screenshot and video quality seemed off, and the interface wasn’t intuitive at all. If you're looking for something smoother, Loom’s simplicity or Snagit’s editing features beat this hands down.

Useful Recording, Annotation Needs Work
The screen recording feature is super easy to use and really saves time when explaining things. The annotation tools work well but could be a bit smoother when drawing on longer videos.

Good for quick stuff
CloudApp works fine for quick screenshots and clips, but sometimes it feels a bit glitchy and the upload speed can be slow. I like that it’s simple to use, but it’s missing some features I’d expect from similar tools.

Quick and Easy Setup
Getting started with CloudApp was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding guided me through the basics without overwhelming me, and I had the app up and running in under 15 minutes. There was a bit of a learning curve with some of the more advanced features, but the initial setup was straightforward and user-friendly. Overall, it felt like a hassle-free way to get everything going quickly.

Useful but uneven adoption
Our team of about 10 uses CloudApp mainly for quick screen recordings and sharing, but getting everyone to use it consistently was a bit of a struggle. Some find it helpful for collaboration, while others just stick to email or Slack, so it’s a mixed bag overall.

Quick and smooth setup
Getting everything set up was surprisingly quick, and the onboarding guides made it easy to figure out all the key features without much digging. I had it fully running in under 15 minutes, which was a nice bonus.
