Decent but kinda clunky
Ecwid’s alright for setting up a quick online store without much fuss, but sometimes it feels a bit clunky and limited if you wanna customize things. I liked how easy it was to get started and add products, but the design options weren’t great and I ran into a few bugs here and there. Not the worst, but definitely not the smoothest experience either.

Decent but needs polish
Started using Ecwid about 3 years ago and have seen some decent updates, but the interface still feels clunky and sometimes slow. Good for small shops but not perfect for scaling up.

Smooth team adoption overall
Our team of seven started using Ecwid a few months ago to manage our online store, and it’s been a solid experience overall. Getting everyone on board was surprisingly smooth since the interface is pretty intuitive, and most of us didn’t need much training. Collaboration improved because we can assign different roles easily and track changes without stepping on each other’s toes. The only hiccup is sometimes the integrations with other tools feel a bit limited, but nothing that slowed us down significantly.

Mixed feelings after years
Started using this about 4 years ago and while they've added features, some updates just made things more complicated for me. The setup used to be simpler, but now it feels a bit overwhelming sometimes.

Quick and painless setup
Getting Ecwid up and running was surprisingly quick. The onboarding process guided me well without feeling overwhelming, and I had my basic store set up in under an hour. There were a couple of moments where I had to dig a bit to figure out some customization options, but overall the learning curve was pretty gentle. Definitely easier than some other platforms I've tried in the past.

Integration setup is a pain
The website integration feature seemed like a good idea at first, but it was way more complicated to set up than I expected and sometimes the widgets wouldn't load properly on mobile. On the bright side, I did like the product management tools, which made organizing my inventory a little easier, though nothing too impressive. Overall, I felt like I spent more time troubleshooting than actually selling, which was pretty frustrating.

Solid and improving platform
Started using this about five years ago and have seen it improve steadily, especially in ease of use and integration options. It’s reliable and flexible enough for my growing small business needs.

Easy Setup and Inventory Management
The mobile-friendly store setup made launching quick and hassle-free, and I really like how easy it is to manage inventory. The social media integrations work well, though I wish the reporting tools were a bit more detailed.

Good value for the price
For what I've paid, Ecwid really delivers solid value. It’s a bit pricey compared to some other options, but the ease of setup and the features it offers make it worth the investment for my small shop. The ROI has been noticeable since it helped me get online quickly without much hassle.

Great customization, app needs polish
The product customization options are exactly what we needed to showcase unique items, but the mobile app could use some work—it’s a bit clunky and crashes sometimes.
