Helps catch tricky bugs
FullStory’s been pretty solid for digging into user sessions. I like how easy it is to pinpoint where folks get stuck, though sometimes the loading takes a bit longer than I’d like. Overall, it’s helped me catch bugs I wouldn’t have noticed otherwise.

Smooth session replay tool
Switched from Hotjar and Mixpanel because FullStory's session replay is way smoother and easier to filter. The interface is cleaner, which helped our team find issues faster without the noise we got with the others.

Useful but needs improvement
Started using FullStory about three years ago, and while it has definitely improved in terms of interface and speed, some features feel like they’re still playing catch-up. Great depth but steep learning
We tried Hotjar and Mixpanel before landing on FullStory, mainly because of its detailed session replay and event tracking. It’s great for digging into specific user behaviors, but the interface can feel a bit clunky and overwhelming when you’re just trying to get quick insights. Compared to Hotjar’s simpler setup, FullStory takes more time to learn, which slowed us down initially. Still, the depth of data it offers makes it worthwhile, though I wish the pricing was a bit more transparent.
