Forced adoption, clunky experience
Our team of about ten was pushed to use FullStory by management, but getting everyone on board was a real challenge. Several people found the interface confusing and the features didn't really fit how we collaborate day-to-day. It felt like a tool that was forced on us rather than something that made our workflow easier. Overall, it’s been more of a headache than a help.

Quick and smooth setup
Getting FullStory up and running was surprisingly quick—I had it integrated with our site in under an hour. The onboarding materials were straightforward and helped clear up the few questions I had along the way. There was a bit of a learning curve digging into the dashboard, but nothing too overwhelming.

Consistently improving tool
Started using FullStory about three years ago, and it’s been impressive to see how much smoother and more intuitive the interface has become. The session replay feature still helps catch subtle user issues that other tools miss, and the new filtering options have made analysis way faster. Overall, it’s a solid tool that keeps getting better without feeling bloated.

Great session replays, funnels need work
The session replay feature is exactly what we needed to spot user issues quickly. However, the funnel analysis could use a bit more flexibility for complex workflows.

Worth the investment
The price felt a bit high at first, but the insights we've gained easily justify the cost. Definitely delivers solid value when you factor in how much time it saves us.

Worth the investment for insights
FullStory isn’t the cheapest option out there, but in my experience, it really delivers solid value for the price. The insights it provides have helped us catch bugs and improve user flows that directly impacted our conversion rates, so it’s paid for itself quite quickly. For smaller teams, the cost can feel a bit steep at first, but if you’re serious about optimizing the user experience, it’s worth the investment. The only downside is that the pricing tiers can get confusing as you grow.

Smooth replay, pricey though
Tried Hotjar and LogRocket before, but FullStory’s session replay felt smoother overall. That said, their pricing is a bit steep and the interface can get overwhelming with all the features.

Helped Spot Checkout Bugs
Our team was drowning in figuring out why users kept dropping off during checkout, and FullStory helped us pinpoint a few confusing UI elements causing the issue. The session replay feature really made it clear what was going wrong, but the search filters could be better — it took a while to isolate the exact problem sessions.

More detailed and intuitive UX insights
We tried Hotjar and Crazy Egg before settling on FullStory, mainly because its session replay feels way more detailed and reliable. The heatmaps and user insights are solid, but what really won me over is how easy it is to dig into specific user frustrations without sifting through endless data. That said, the pricing can get steep as you scale, which is why I can’t give it a full five stars. Overall, it just feels like a more polished tool that saves me time when troubleshooting UX issues.

Worth the investment
The price is a bit steep for smaller projects, but the insights it provides have helped me catch issues I wouldn’t have noticed otherwise. Definitely pays off once you start seeing the impact on user experience.
