Insightful session replay feature
The session replay feature is exactly what we needed to really understand how users interact with our site—it’s clear and easy to navigate through each user’s journey. I also appreciate the robust event tracking, which helps us pinpoint where users drop off. That said, the search functionality could be a bit more intuitive when filtering through large amounts of data. Overall, it’s a solid tool that gives us valuable insights without too much hassle.
