Good value for the price
GitLab's pricing felt a bit steep at first, but considering how much it's helped streamline our development process, it’s definitely worth the investment. For small teams like mine, the return in saved time and fewer headaches has been clear, even if some features seem locked behind higher tiers. Overall, I feel like we're getting good bang for our buck here.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 12 switched over to GitLab last year and honestly, getting everyone on board was smoother than expected. The merge requests and inline comments really boosted how we collaborate on code, though sometimes the UI feels a bit cluttered.

Best all-in-one tool
Switched from Bitbucket and also tried GitHub but GitLab just clicks better for our team. The integrated CI/CD and issue tracking keep everything in one place, which saves a ton of context switching, though sometimes the UI feels a bit clunky.

Solid value for small teams
For the small dev team I work on, GitLab offers great value without breaking the bank. The pricing is a bit on the higher side compared to some alternatives, but honestly it pays for itself when you consider how much time we save with its integrated tools. We've seen a solid ROI since switching, though I can see how very small teams might find it a tad expensive. Overall, pretty happy with what we get for the price.

Seamless team collaboration
Our team of about 12 switched to GitLab last year, and honestly, getting everyone on board was smoother than I expected. The integrated CI/CD pipelines make collaboration way easier, and it’s great that everything from issue tracking to code review lives in one place. The boss pushed for it, but now it’s hard to imagine going back.

Smooth setup with minor hiccups
Setup was pretty straightforward and I had it running in about an hour. The onboarding docs helped a lot, though I stumbled on some config details that weren’t super clear at first.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 12 moved to GitLab last year, and it really helped smooth out our code reviews and merge processes. Getting everyone to switch was a bit of a hurdle at first, but once we all got the hang of it, collaboration became way easier across different time zones.
