Good but a bit clunky

Works fine for chatting with customers but kinda clunky to set up and sometimes slow to load.

Improved with time

Started using Intercom about five years ago, and it's definitely come a long way since then. The interface feels cleaner now, and new features like improved automation have made my day-to-day work smoother. Still, sometimes the pricing can feel a bit steep as you scale up.

Smooth Setup with Minor Learning Curve

Worth the investment

Gets better with time

Consistent improvements over time

Smooth chat, easy setup

Tried Drift and Zendesk before, but Intercom’s chat features and user targeting felt much smoother. The setup was straightforward, and I liked how easy it was to manage conversations all in one place.

Great balance of features and ease

Switched to Intercom after trying Drift and Zendesk, and overall it fit our needs better. Drift felt a bit too salesy for what we wanted, and Zendesk’s chat was solid but clunkier to set up. Intercom’s interface strikes a nice balance between ease of use and customization, plus the automation options have saved us a ton of time. The only downside is that pricing can get steep as your user base grows, but the features still justify it in my opinion.
