Great for team collaboration

Our team of eight switched to Kissmetrics last quarter, and getting everyone up to speed was easier than expected. Collaboration improved because we all had access to the same data, which cut down on endless back-and-forth emails.

Consistently reliable and improving

Started using Kissmetrics about five years ago, and it’s only gotten more reliable and insightful over time. The user interface has improved a lot, making it easier to dig into customer behavior without needing a data scientist. It’s been a solid tool for tracking the metrics that really matter for my business.

Worth the investment

The pricing felt a bit steep at first, but after seeing how much clearer our customer data became, it totally paid off. Smooth and straightforward setup

Worth every penny for insights

Best for customer journey tracking

Tried Mixpanel and Amplitude before, but Kissmetrics just made it easier to track customer journeys without spending hours setting things up. The UI feels way more intuitive, and I like how the reports are straightforward to dig into, even if you’re not a data nerd. Only small gripe is the occasional delay in data syncing, but nothing that’s messed up our overall flow.

Better funnels and tracking

Tried Mixpanel and Amplitude before but Kissmetrics just clicked better for our team. Funnel and Cohort Analysis Win
