Helpful for team communication

Our team of about 15 started using LiveChat a few months ago after management pushed for a better way to handle incoming customer questions quickly. Getting everyone on board was smoother than I expected, mostly because the interface is straightforward and it integrates well with our existing tools. It’s definitely improved collaboration since we can tag each other and share canned responses, which speeds things up during busy times. The one downside is that it sometimes feels a bit limited for more complex customer requests, but overall it's helped us stay on top of conversations better.

Great customization and quick replies

Great tool for team collaboration

Solid and improving over time

Simple & Effective Chat Tool

Switched from Zendesk and Intercom and honestly LiveChat just feels way more intuitive for our team. The setup was quick and the customization options let us tweak the chat widget exactly how we wanted without fuss.
