Solid choice for integrations
Switched from Microsoft Azure AD and compared it to Auth0 before settling on Okta. The setup was smoother and the integrations just worked better for our varied apps, though the pricing can be a bit steep.

Solid but a bit slow
Okta's been solid for managing logins at work, super easy to set up but sometimes it feels a bit slow loading my apps.

Simplified login management
We were drowning in managing multiple logins across various apps for our small team, and Okta made it way easier by centralizing everything with single sign-on. The setup took some time, but once it was running, it saved us a ton of headaches and improved security noticeably.

Makes team logins easier
Our team of about 15 switched to Okta last year, and getting everyone on board took a couple of weeks but was smoother than I expected. The single sign-on feature really cut down on password headaches, which helped collaboration since nobody was stuck resetting their credentials all the time. The setup wasn’t perfect—sometimes the app integrations can be a bit clunky—but overall it’s made working across different tools feel more seamless.

Worth the investment overall
Okta definitely leans toward the pricier side, but from what I've seen, it kinda pays for itself in saved time and hassle. Managing user access across different apps became way smoother, which in turn cut down on support tickets. For a small to mid-sized team, it feels like a solid investment rather than just an expense. The only downside is that some advanced features come at an extra cost, which felt a bit frustrating at first.

Solid and easy to use
Setup was super straightforward and it’s made managing logins way less of a headache for our team. Sometimes the UI feels a bit clunky but overall it just works.

Good but could improve
Our team of about 15 started using Okta mainly for single sign-on across various apps, which helped reduce password fatigue. Getting everyone on board was a bit rough since some folks found the setup confusing and there were occasional login hiccups. The IT department pushed it hard, so most of us had no choice but to switch, but honestly some teammates still prefer the old methods for quicker access. It's functional but could use some smoothing out in the user experience department.

Centralized Access Made Easier
Our team was drowning in managing multiple logins across various apps, which was a nightmare for productivity and security. Okta helped by centralizing access and simplifying user management, so we didn’t have to chase down passwords constantly. However, the setup was more complicated than expected and some integrations didn’t work smoothly, which slowed us down. Overall, it did fix the core problem but there’s definitely room for improvement in the user experience and support.

Simplified login for the team
Our team of about 15 switched to Okta last year, and getting everyone on board was smoother than I expected. It really helped with keeping passwords in check and made logging into multiple apps less of a hassle, though sometimes the extra security steps feel like overkill.

Solid but a bit frustrating
Been with them since 2017 and it's come a long way, but some updates still feel clunky and confusing. Works fine most days, but occasional glitches slow me down more than I'd like.
