Reliable and improving over time
Started using this about five years ago, and it’s clear they keep improving the platform without making things complicated. The integrations have gotten smoother, and overall it just feels more reliable now.

Way overpriced for value
The pricing for Okta felt way out of line for what we actually got. It’s expensive, and honestly, the ROI just didn’t match up since the platform was more complicated than expected and required extra time to manage. For smaller teams or businesses that don’t need all the bells and whistles, it’s tough to justify the cost. There are cheaper alternatives that cover the basics without emptying your budget.

Great SSO, MFA Needs Tweaks
The single sign-on feature works seamlessly and has saved our team so much time logging into multiple apps. The multi-factor authentication is solid, but sometimes the extra verification steps can feel a bit clunky on mobile devices.

Streamlined access for our team
Our team of about 12 people started using Okta last year after our manager pushed for better security and easier login management. Getting everyone on board was smoother than expected, though a few folks grumbled about having to remember another password at first. The biggest win has been how it simplified access to multiple apps without juggling different credentials, which definitely helped with collaboration across departments. Still, occasionally the system takes a while to sync new permissions, which can be frustrating when someone’s waiting on urgent access.

Works okay, a bit slow
Okta works fine most of the time but can get kinda slow and glitchy when the system's busy. Setup was easy enough though, so that's a plus.

Worth the investment
Okta definitely feels like an investment, but the time and headaches it saves with user management make it worth it. Pricing can be on the higher side, but the ROI in security and efficiency has been clear for our team.

Smooth and Reliable Identity Management
Started out with Microsoft Azure AD and OneLogin but found Okta's interface much more straightforward and easier to manage, especially for onboarding new users quickly. The integrations felt more seamless in Okta, which saved us a lot of headaches.

Good value for security
Okta is a bit pricey, but for what we get in security and ease of use, it's worth the investment. Definitely seen a solid return in less downtime and simpler user management.

Mixed feelings on Okta adoption
Our team of about 15 was pushed to use Okta for managing logins, and honestly, getting everyone on board was a bit of a hassle at first. Some folks found it confusing, especially when juggling multiple apps, but once set up, it did make collaboration a bit smoother. Still, the initial learning curve and occasional slowdowns made it a mixed bag for us.

Smooth SSO, MFA Needs Tuning
The single sign-on feature works seamlessly and really cuts down the frustration of managing multiple passwords. I also appreciate the adaptive MFA, though sometimes the verification steps feel a bit clunky and slow. Overall, it’s made our security tighter without too much hassle.
