Good SSO, confusing MFA setup

Reliable but Needs Improvement

Strong SSO, slow provisioning

Reliable and improving over time

Been with Okta for about 4 years now and it’s definitely gotten smoother over time. Initially, the setup was a bit confusing, but their interface has improved a lot and feels more intuitive these days. The single sign-on works reliably and has saved us tons of headaches managing multiple apps. Sometimes the mobile app can be slow to update, but overall it’s been solid for what we need.

Good SSO, frustrating provisioning

The single sign-on feature works reliably and makes logging into multiple apps easier, which is helpful. However, the user provisioning tool has been a nightmare to set up and frequently syncs incorrectly, causing extra manual work that shouldn't be necessary. I expected smoother automation from something like Okta, but it’s been more trouble than it’s worth in this area. Also, the interface could be more intuitive—sometimes it feels like you need a tech degree just to navigate basic settings.

Reliable identity management over time

Been with Okta for around 5 years now, and I've gotta say it’s really grown on me. The interface was a bit clunky when I started, but over time it’s become way more intuitive and reliable. Single sign-on works almost flawlessly across all our apps, which has been a huge time saver. Sometimes the admin settings can be a bit confusing, but overall it’s been a solid choice for managing identities in our company.

Smooth and straightforward setup

Good value for security needs
