Strong SSO, Mobile Needs Work

The single sign-on feature saves so much time logging into multiple apps, and the user provisioning is smooth, though the mobile app can be a bit clunky at times.

Solid and steadily improving

Started with OneLogin about five years ago and it has definitely improved since then. The interface has become more intuitive, and the added security features have made a noticeable difference in managing access smoothly. Occasionally, some updates take a bit longer to roll out, but overall it’s been reliable and gets the job done well.

Mixed setup experience

Getting started with OneLogin was a bit of a mixed bag. The initial onboarding was straightforward enough, and I had the basics up and running within a couple of hours, which was a relief. However, things got tricky when trying to integrate more complex systems—documentation wasn’t always clear, and I had to dig around forums to figure out some steps. Smooth and intuitive management

Tried Okta and Azure AD before but OneLogin felt smoother when managing multiple apps and user roles. The interface is way more intuitive, tho the mobile app can be a bit glitchy at times.

Good but a bit clunky

Tried Okta and Azure AD before deciding on OneLogin, mostly because the pricing was better for our small team. It does the job but sometimes feels clunky and the interface isn’t as intuitive as I’d like.

Simplified access management

Our IT team was drowning in managing multiple passwords and access rights across different apps, which was a total nightmare.
