Good SSO, MFA Setup Needs Work

The single sign-on feature in OneLogin really simplifies accessing multiple apps without juggling passwords, which saves our team a lot of time. However, the user interface for setting up multi-factor authentication can be confusing and feels a bit clunky, especially for new users. It works once you get the hang of it, but the initial setup could definitely be smoother.

Simple and effective SSO

Tried both Okta and Azure AD before settling on OneLogin. What stood out was its clean interface and ease of setup, especially for smaller teams like ours. The only downside was that some advanced features felt a bit hidden, but overall it handled our SSO needs smoothly and saved us time.

Solid and easy SSO

OneLogin makes signing into all my work apps way less of a hassle. Took a bit to set up, but once it was going, it just clicks and works smoothly most days. Definitely saved me some time and headaches.

Worth the investment despite price

The pricing is a bit on the higher side compared to some other options, but the ease of use and solid security features make it worth the cost. For our small team, the setup saved us a ton of time on managing logins and actually improved productivity, so the ROI has been clear. If you're looking for something reliable that won’t cause headaches, it’s a smart investment, even if it feels a bit pricey upfront.

Smooth transition for team

Our team of about 15 switched over last quarter, and getting everyone set up was surprisingly smooth. It’s made logging into multiple apps way easier and definitely cut down on password headaches during projects.

Smooth and straightforward setup

Got it up and running in just a couple of hours with no real headaches. The onboarding materials were clear enough that the learning curve wasn’t too steep, which made the whole setup pretty smooth.

Smooth and straightforward setup

Getting everything set up was smoother than I expected, and the onboarding materials helped clear up most questions quickly. Took a bit of time to get familiar with some of the features, but overall pretty straightforward.

Smooth and straightforward setup

Getting OneLogin up and running was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding materials were clear and helped me avoid the usual headaches that come with identity management tools. It took a couple of hours to fully set up our team and configure basic settings, which felt reasonable given the complexity. There was a bit of a learning curve with some of the more advanced features, but the initial setup was definitely straightforward.

Solid SSO with MFA setup hiccups

The single sign-on feature really simplifies access for our whole team, cutting down on password hassles. The multi-factor authentication is solid too, but setting it up took a bit longer than expected and could be more intuitive.

Single sign-on lifesaver

Our team was drowning in password management chaos, especially with so many apps needing separate logins. OneLogin made it way easier by centralizing everything into one place with single sign-on, which saved us a ton of time and reduced frustration. The onboarding process was smoother than expected, and it really cut down the number of password reset requests we were getting. It’s not perfect—sometimes the app can be a bit slow—but overall it solved a huge headache for us.
