Not as smooth as expected

Honestly, I was expecting a smoother experience with OneLogin but it’s been kinda frustrating. The setup was more complicated than I thought and I ran into a bunch of glitches that slowed me down. It does the job, but not without some annoying hiccups along the way. Would've hoped for something more reliable given how much buzz it gets.

Smooth and reliable SSO

Switched from Okta after struggling with their complex interface. Compared it to Auth0 but liked OneLogin’s straightforward setup and reliable SSO features—it just fit our team’s needs better without extra hassle.

Simpler than Okta, solid option

Switched from Okta after struggling with its complexity, and OneLogin felt much more straightforward to set up. Compared it to Azure AD as well, but OneLogin’s user interface and integration options fit our needs better without the steep learning curve. It’s reliable and does what we need without much hassle, though the reporting features could be a bit more detailed.

Smooth and clear setup

Getting everything set up with OneLogin was pretty straightforward, and the onboarding materials made it easy to get a handle on the basics quickly. It took a couple of hours to have it fully running, which felt reasonable given the features. There was a slight learning curve with some of the advanced settings, but overall it wasn’t a headache to implement.

Smooth setup with minor learning curve

Getting OneLogin up and running was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding guides were clear enough that we had it mostly set up within a day, though some features took a bit of digging to fully understand. Overall, not a steep learning curve and worth the time invested.

Worth the initial cost

The pricing felt a bit steep at first, especially for a smaller team like ours, but the time saved on managing logins made it totally worth it. We noticed a solid return on investment because it cut down on password issues and IT support calls. Honestly, it’s great value once you get past that initial sticker shock.

Simpler and smoother setup

Switched from Okta after struggling with their complicated setup, and OneLogin felt much more intuitive for managing our team’s logins. Compared it also to Azure AD, but OneLogin’s UI and integration options just clicked better with our existing tools.

Solid choice for ease of use

I gave OneLogin a shot after trying Okta and JumpCloud, and honestly, it felt a bit more straightforward to set up for our team's needs. The interface is cleaner and less cluttered than Okta, which was a relief, though JumpCloud had some nicer directory integration options. OneLogin's support was helpful when we hit a snag, but the occasional lag in syncing user permissions was kinda frustrating. Overall, it struck a good balance between usability and features for what we needed.

Simplified Remote Access Management

Managing access for our growing remote team was a nightmare until we set up OneLogin; the single sign-on feature cut down password reset tickets drastically and made onboarding way smoother.

Saved Us From Password Chaos

Our team was drowning in managing multiple passwords and constantly resetting accounts, which was slowing down productivity. OneLogin helped by streamlining access with single sign-on, making it way easier for everyone to get into the apps they need without hassle. Setting it up was pretty straightforward and it actually reduced helpdesk tickets significantly in just a couple of weeks. That said, occasionally the interface can feel a bit clunky when adding new users or apps.
