Smooth but slow at times
Our team of about 12 switched to OneLogin last year and getting everyone on board took a bit longer than expected, but once they got it, collaboration felt smoother — less password headaches during meetings. The only hiccup is that sometimes the app slow to load when there's a big update.

Good but a bit clunky
Tried Okta and Azure AD before settling on OneLogin, mainly because the UI felt simpler to navigate. It handles integrations well but can be a bit clunky when setting up custom rules, which was smoother in Okta.

Decent but clunky start
Our team of about 12 started using OneLogin because our manager insisted on centralizing access. Getting everyone fully on board took a while since some folks found it confusing at first, but once set up, it did simplify logging into multiple apps. Collaboration-wise, it didn’t really change much, but the onboarding hiccups slowed us down initially.

Smooth SSO, Slow Provisioning
The single sign-on feature works really smoothly and has saved us so much time logging into multiple apps. The user provisioning is helpful but sometimes takes a little longer than I'd like to sync changes across all platforms.

Smooth adoption, easier access
Our team of about 15 people started using OneLogin a few months ago after management decided to streamline our access to various apps. Getting everyone on board was surprisingly smooth since the interface is pretty intuitive and it cut down the number of passwords we had to remember. It’s definitely made collaboration easier, especially when new hires join and need access quickly. The only hiccup has been occasional slowdowns during peak hours, but overall it’s been a solid addition to our workflow.

Decent but inconsistent over time
Been with them since 2018 and the interface has definitely improved, but occasional glitches and slower support keep it from feeling fully reliable.

Simplified Access Management
Our IT team was constantly bogged down managing passwords and access across dozens of apps, which was a nightmare when employees left or changed roles. OneLogin allowed us to centralize all our logins and automate user provisioning, so offboarding became way smoother and way less time-consuming. The SSO feature actually cut down the number of password reset tickets from our users by at least half. It’s not perfect—sometimes the integrations take a bit of tweaking—but overall it solved a huge pain point for us.

Decent but could be smoother
Our team of about 15 started using OneLogin after management decided to centralize access across all our tools. Getting everyone on board took a bit longer than expected since some folks found the interface confusing at first, which slowed down adoption. Collaboration improved once the passwords and permissions were synced properly, but occasional glitches with multi-factor authentication caused frustration. Overall, it's helpful but feels like it needs more polish for a smooth day-to-day experience.

Steady improvements over time
Started using this about five years ago and have seen steady improvements, especially with their mobile app and integration options. It’s become more reliable and user-friendly over time, though occasionally setup can still feel a bit clunky. Overall, it’s been a solid part of our security toolkit.

Simplified Access for Team
Our team of about 15 switched over last year, and it made logging into multiple apps way easier. Getting everyone to use it was smoother than I expected since the setup was pretty straightforward, and it definitely helped with collaboration when sharing access.
