Useful but needs polish
Started using this about three years ago, and while Pendo has definitely added useful features over time, some updates have made the interface a bit clunkier. The onboarding tools have helped our team, but reporting feels less intuitive than I expected and sometimes lags with large datasets. Support has been hit or miss depending on who you get, which is frustrating when you need quick answers. Overall, it's a mixed bag that works well for certain tasks but leaves room for improvement in usability and responsiveness.

Been with Pendo for about three years now, and while they've definitely added some useful features, the platform still feels clunky at times.
