Used to be better
Started using this about 5 years ago and honestly, it feels like the platform has gotten more complicated without really improving stability. The support has slowed down too, which is frustrating when dealing with urgent issues. Used to be my go-to for identity management, but now I’m seriously thinking about switching.

Flexible and scalable identity solution
Switched from Okta after running into some limitations with customization, and Ping Identity offered way more flexibility in how we manage user access across different systems. I also looked at Auth0, but Ping felt more suited for enterprise needs and handled our complex single sign-on setup more smoothly. The interface can be a bit clunky at times, but overall it’s reliable and the support team has been pretty helpful when we hit snags. Definitely worth considering if you need something that scales well with your business.

Simplified Access Management
We had trouble managing user access across multiple cloud apps, which was a mess for our small IT team. Ping Identity helped us centralize and simplify single sign-on, cutting down login issues and support tickets significantly.

Solid and improving over time
Started with Ping Identity about 5 years ago and it's definitely improved a lot since then. Some features got easier to navigate but occasionally updates feel a bit clunky at first.

Solid but minor setup hiccup
Ping Identity works pretty smooth for managing logins, only had a bit of a hiccup setting up the multi-factor stuff. Other than that, it's been solid and reliable for what I do.

Mixed setup experience
Getting started with Ping Identity was a bit of a mixed bag. The initial onboarding was straightforward enough, and I had the basic setup running within a few hours, which was nice. However, as I dug deeper into customization, the documentation wasn’t always clear, and the learning curve got pretty steep. It took some trial and error to get everything configured the way I needed, so overall it felt like a bit more work than I expected.

Smooth Access Management Upgrade
Our team of about 12 started using Ping Identity last quarter after our IT lead pushed for better security with less hassle. Getting everyone on board took a couple of weeks since a few folks were hesitant about new login flows, but once we got past that, it really smoothed out how we manage access across multiple tools. Collaboration between the developers and ops teams improved because permissions became easier to track and update without bottlenecks. Overall, it’s made life simpler for the whole department, though the initial setup was a bit more involved than expected.

Great SSO, adaptive auth lags
The single sign-on feature works seamlessly and has saved our team a ton of time logging into multiple apps. The adaptive authentication is helpful but sometimes feels a bit slow when it kicks in.

Steady but needs polish
Been with Ping Identity for about 4 years now, and honestly, it's been a bit of a mixed bag. The platform has definitely improved in terms of UI and some integrations, but there are still occasional glitches that slow down our workflow. Support can be hit or miss depending on who you get, which gets frustrating when you’re on a tight deadline. Overall, it does the job but isn’t as seamless as I hoped after all this time.

Solid SSO, tricky adaptive auth
The single sign-on feature works smoothly and really cut down on login hassles for our team. The adaptive authentication is useful but sometimes feels a bit too sensitive, causing extra steps more often than needed.
