Solid SSO with minimal fuss
Ping Identity has been a solid choice for managing single sign-on at my company. Setup took a bit longer than I expected, but once it was running, things just clicked into place with minimal hassle. The interface isn’t super flashy but it’s straightforward enough, and the security features give me peace of mind. Definitely a reliable tool that gets the job done without much drama.

Smooth team adoption overall
Our team of about 12 switched to Ping Identity last year after some security concerns popped up. Getting everyone on board took a bit longer than I expected, mainly because a few folks found the initial setup confusing, but once we got past that, collaboration improved a lot. The integration with our existing systems was smoother than other solutions we tried, and our manager was pretty hands-off, just insisting we give it a fair shot. Overall, it’s made handling access much easier and more secure without slowing anyone down.

Solid but could improve UX
I tested Ping Identity after trying Okta and Auth0. Ping’s flexibility in handling complex enterprise setups stood out, but its interface felt less intuitive compared to Okta. Also, the support response times weren’t great, which was frustrating at crunch time.

Smooth setup, minor learning curve
Setup was pretty straightforward and the onboarding team helped me get things sorted quickly. Took a bit to get the hang of some features, but overall not too steep of a learning curve.

Strong integration but complex setup
I gave Ping Identity a shot after trying Okta and Auth0, mainly because of its strong focus on enterprise security features. The setup was a bit more complex than I expected, especially compared to Auth0's straightforward interface, which slowed us down initially. On the upside, Ping's integration options with legacy systems are solid, something that Okta didn’t handle as smoothly in our environment. That said, the pricing felt steep for the value we got, so it might not be the best fit unless you really need those specific integrations.

Strong adaptive auth and SSO
The adaptive authentication feature really stands out—it’s flexible and helps keep our security tight without annoying users too much. Also, the single sign-on (SSO) experience has been smooth for most applications, which simplifies access for our team. That said, setting up some of the integrations took longer than I expected, so the onboarding could be more straightforward.

Solid SSO with minor slowdowns
The single sign-on feature is exactly what we needed to simplify access across all our platforms, and it works really smoothly without hiccups. The adaptive authentication is clever and adds a good layer of security, but sometimes it feels a bit slow during peak hours which can be frustrating. Overall, it’s reliable and has made managing user access a lot easier for our team.

Reliable and Improving Over Time
Started using Ping Identity about five years ago, and I've noticed steady improvements in their platform, especially in ease of integration and reliability. The support has gotten better over time too, making it a solid choice for managing identities in our organization.

Mixed feelings on adoption
Our team of about 10 started using Ping Identity last quarter after the boss pushed for stronger security. Getting everyone on board was a bit rough since the onboarding felt clunky and some folks found the interface confusing. Collaboration improved a bit, but honestly, a few team members still prefer the old tools for quick access.

Decent but costly option
The pricing for Ping Identity feels a bit steep, especially for smaller teams or companies just getting started. While the platform is solid and offers useful features, I struggled to see a clear return on investment given the cost. It might be worth it if you need advanced capabilities, but for basic needs, it seems a bit pricey.
