Great for team collaboration

Great visuals, sharing needs work
The data visualization options in Power BI are exactly what we needed to quickly make sense of complex data sets. Creating interactive dashboards is pretty straightforward, and the drag-and-drop interface saves a lot of time. However, the report sharing feature can sometimes be a bit clunky, especially when dealing with large teams, which gets frustrating. Improving tool over time
Started using Power BI about five years ago, and it's been interesting to watch how much it's improved. Good integration but clunky UI
I gave Power BI a shot after trying Tableau and Looker. I liked how Power BI integrates well with Microsoft products and offers solid data modeling, but I found its interface less intuitive than Tableau’s, which slowed me down a bit. Overall, it’s decent for the price, but I wouldn’t say it’s the easiest tool to pick up quickly.

Great for Microsoft Users

Mixed feelings on setup
Getting Power BI up and running was kinda frustrating at first. The initial setup took longer than I expected—probably a couple of hours—mainly because figuring out how to connect all my data sources wasn’t as straightforward. Onboarding materials helped, but there’s definitely a learning curve, especially if you’re not used to this type of tool. That said, once I got past the initial hurdles, creating reports became much smoother.
