Great for team collaboration
Our team of 8 started using Power BI a few months ago, and once everyone got the hang of it, sharing reports and insights became way smoother. It took some convincing at first, but now collaboration feels more natural and data-driven decisions are easier to make.

Solid tool that keeps improving
Started using this about 4 years ago and it’s definitely gotten smoother and more intuitive over time. Some updates take a bit to get used to, but overall it’s been a solid tool for digging into data without constantly needing help from IT. The integration with other Microsoft apps is a huge time saver in my workflow.

Great Microsoft-centric BI tool
Switched from Tableau after getting frustrated with its steep learning curve and cost. Power BI felt more intuitive, especially when connecting to Excel and other Microsoft products we already use daily. I also tried Looker briefly, but Power BI's integration with our existing tools and the ability to create reports quickly without heavy scripting won me over. The only downside is that some visual customization feels a bit limited compared to Tableau, but overall it’s a solid choice for the price and ease of use.

Great visuals, shaky refresh
The data visualization options in Power BI are really flexible and helped me create clear reports quickly. However, the data refresh feature was kinda frustrating since it didn't always update on time, which messed up a few presentations for me.

Solid for quick reports
Power BI has been a solid go-to for whipping up quick reports and dashboards. Took a bit to get the hang of some of the more advanced features, but once you do, it’s pretty smooth sailing. Definitely helps me make sense of data without too much hassle.

Great visuals, slow refresh
The data visualization tools are really intuitive and make it easy to create clear reports. However, the data refresh can sometimes be slow which disrupts the workflow.

Smooth setup and onboarding
Getting Power BI up and running was smoother than I expected—had it connected to my data sources within an hour. The onboarding materials were clear and helped me catch on quickly, though some of the more advanced features took a bit of exploring. Overall, the setup didn’t feel like a chore and I was able to start creating reports without much hassle.

Works okay for basics
Decent for basic stuff but gets frustrating when trying to do more complex reports. Wish it was a bit more intuitive.

Decent but gets pricey fast
Power BI has some solid features for the price, especially if you just need basic reporting and dashboards. For small teams, it's definitely a decent value, but once you start needing more advanced features or bigger data capacity, the costs add up quickly. I felt like I was paying quite a bit for some functions that other tools include in their base price. Overall, it’s useful, but not sure I’m getting the best bang for my buck yet.

Simplified Sales Reporting
Our sales team was buried in spreadsheets trying to track monthly performance, and Power BI made it so much easier to create live dashboards that update automatically. Now we spot trends way faster without spending hours manually compiling data.
