Good value but a bit pricey
QuickBooks Online is a bit pricey for what you get, but it’s saved me enough time and hassle that it’s worth the cost. For small businesses like mine, the ROI is definitely there, even if the plans feel a little steep at first.

Worth the price for small biz
I found QuickBooks Online to be a bit pricey compared to some other options, but it definitely pays for itself in how much time it saves me. The reports and automation features have helped me keep a better eye on expenses without extra headaches. For a small business like mine, it feels like a solid investment that delivers consistent value month after month.

Saves me a ton of time
QuickBooks Online has made keeping track of my small biz expenses way less stressful. I like how easy it is to connect my bank and see everything update automatically. The interface is pretty straightforward, though sometimes it can be a bit slow to load reports. Overall, it saves me a ton of time and hassle, which is awesome.

Invoices Made Simple
Trying to keep track of invoices and expenses for multiple clients was a nightmare before QuickBooks Online. Now, I can easily send invoices, track payments, and pull reports without losing my mind.

Better all-in-one accounting
Switched from Wave and FreshBooks after running into limitations with invoicing customization and expense tracking. QuickBooks Online feels more robust for managing everything in one place without being overwhelming, and the mobile app actually works well for quick entries on the go.

Solved invoicing headaches
Managing invoicing and tracking client payments used to be a total nightmare for me—things would get lost or delayed, and I was constantly chasing customers. QuickBooks Online made it way easier to send invoices and see who’s paid and who hasn’t, all in one place. It even sends automatic reminders, which saved me so much time and hassle. Sometimes the interface feels a bit clunky when switching between reports, but overall it really fixed a big pain point in my workflow.

Great invoicing, tricky reconciliation
The invoicing feature is exactly what we needed to speed up billing clients, super easy to customize and send. However, the bank reconciliation takes a bit longer than I'd like and sometimes transactions don’t match up perfectly, which can get a little frustrating.

Smooth team switch overall
Our team of six switched to QuickBooks Online a few months ago after the boss insisted we move away from desktop software. Getting everyone on board was a bit bumpy at first since some weren’t super tech-savvy, but after a couple of training sessions, it really streamlined how we share financial info. The collaboration feature where multiple people can work simultaneously helped reduce back-and-forth emails and saved us a ton of time during month-end closing. One downside is that sometimes it lags when lots of people are logged in, which can get frustrating.
