Mixed feelings but useful tool
Our team of about 12 people started using Salesforce last year because the boss insisted it would improve tracking leads. Getting everyone on board was pretty slow since some of the older team members found the interface confusing and preferred the old spreadsheets. Collaboration has improved a bit, especially with shared notes and tasks, but it still feels clunky when trying to customize reports for our specific needs. Overall, it’s useful but far from seamless in our day-to-day.

Lots of features, somewhat clunky
Salesforce has a lot of features, but honestly it can be a bit overwhelming sometimes. I like that it keeps all my customer info in one place, but the interface feels kinda clunky and takes some time to get used to. Overall, it does the job but I wish it was a bit more user-friendly.

Solid CRM with quirks
Salesforce makes tracking leads super easy and I love how customizable it is, though sometimes it feels a bit clunky navigating through all the features.

Improved Team Collaboration
Our team of about 12 people started using Salesforce last year after the manager decided it was time to move away from Excel and email chains. Getting everyone on board took a few weeks since some were hesitant about learning a new system, but once the basics clicked, collaboration improved a lot—especially with tracking customer interactions and sharing updates in real-time. It’s been a solid upgrade for keeping everyone aligned, though the interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first and customizing reports is sometimes more complicated than I’d like.

Solid for client tracking
Salesforce is kinda my go-to for keeping track of clients, way easier than juggling spreadsheets. Sometimes the interface feels a bit cluttered tho, but overall it gets the job done.

Great reporting, email sync lags
I really like the way Salesforce’s reporting feature lets me customize dashboards to track exactly what matters to my team. It’s saved us a ton of time pulling data manually. However, the email integration sometimes lags or doesn’t sync right away, which can get frustrating when I’m trying to follow up quickly. Still, overall it’s a solid tool that helps keep everything organized.

Helped organize leads, but clunky
Our sales team was overwhelmed trying to track leads across multiple spreadsheets, and Salesforce helped centralize everything so we actually know where prospects stand. It’s been useful, but the setup was confusing and sometimes the interface feels clunky which slows us down.

Centralized Client Info Easily
Our sales team was drowning in scattered client info and missed follow-ups, which was killing productivity. Salesforce helped us centralize all our contacts and automate reminders, so we never drop the ball anymore. It's made managing leads way easier, though the setup took a bit longer than I expected.

Still Improving After Years
Started using Salesforce about 7 years ago and it's definitely come a long way. The interface keeps getting smoother and new features actually feel useful without being overwhelming.

Smooth setup after a bit
Setup took a couple days but the onboarding tutorials really helped. Some parts felt a bit confusing at first, but once you get through the initial learning curve it’s smooth sailing.
