Solid CRM with steady improvements
Started using this about 7 years ago, and it’s definitely come a long way. The platform keeps adding useful features without making things overly complicated, though sometimes the updates take a bit to adjust to.

Helpful but a bit clunky
Salesforce does what I need most days, super handy for keeping track of clients and sales info. Sometimes it feels a bit clunky and takes a minute to get used to all the features. Overall, it's helped me stay organized way better than before though.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 10 switched to Salesforce last year, and honestly, it took a bit longer than expected to get everyone using it consistently. Once we got past that hump, though, collaboration improved a lot since all the client info and project updates are in one place now. The boss pushed hard for the change, but it’s been worth it overall, just wish the interface was a little more intuitive.

Great reporting, flaky email

Works well for tracking

Works well once set up

The reporting dashboard in Salesforce is really helpful for tracking sales metrics and customizing how data is displayed, which saved me a lot of time.
