Solid CRM with steady improvements

Started using this about 7 years ago, and it’s definitely come a long way. The platform keeps adding useful features without making things overly complicated, though sometimes the updates take a bit to adjust to.

Helpful but a bit clunky

Salesforce does what I need most days, super handy for keeping track of clients and sales info. Sometimes it feels a bit clunky and takes a minute to get used to all the features. Overall, it's helped me stay organized way better than before though.

Worth the investment

Salesforce is definitely on the pricier side, but the return we’ve seen in streamlining our sales process makes it worth it. It’s a solid investment if your team relies heavily on CRM tools, though smaller businesses might find some features overkill for the cost.

Great for team collaboration

Our team of about 10 switched to Salesforce last year, and honestly, it took a bit longer than expected to get everyone using it consistently. Once we got past that hump, though, collaboration improved a lot since all the client info and project updates are in one place now. The boss pushed hard for the change, but it’s been worth it overall, just wish the interface was a little more intuitive.

Great reporting, flaky email

The reporting feature makes tracking sales data way easier than before, which helped me catch trends fast. Though, the email integration can be a bit glitchy sometimes and slows down my workflow.

Decent but a bit clunky

It’s got a lot of features but can feel kinda overwhelming at times. Works fine once you get the hang of it, just takes some patience.

Works well for tracking

Salesforce does what I need without too much hassle. Took me a bit to get used to all the features, but once I did, it made tracking stuff way easier. Only downside is sometimes it feels kinda slow loading up.

Evolved but still clunky

Works well once set up

Salesforce does the trick for keeping all my client info in one place and the customization options actually make sense. Took a bit to get used to all the features, but once I got the hang of it, things flowed way smoother. Wish the interface was a bit less clunky, though.

Great reporting, clunky email sync

The reporting dashboard in Salesforce is really helpful for tracking sales metrics and customizing how data is displayed, which saved me a lot of time. However, the email integration feature can be frustrating—it sometimes lags and doesn’t sync all messages properly, which threw off my follow-ups. Overall, it gets the job done but could use some improvements to make daily tasks smoother.
