Solid setup with helpful onboarding
Setup took a couple of days since there’s a lot to configure, but their onboarding materials really helped smooth things out. The learning curve was a bit steep at first, but once you get the basics down, it’s manageable.

Mixed feelings on Salesforce adoption
Our team of about 10 was pushed to switch to Salesforce last year, mostly because management wanted everyone on the same page. Getting everyone onboard was a bit of a headache since some folks found the interface confusing and it slowed down their usual workflows. On the upside, having all client info centralized did help when collaborating across departments, especially for tracking sales leads. Still, there’s definitely a learning curve and some features feel overly complex for what we actually need day-to-day.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 10 switched to Salesforce last year, and while getting everyone up to speed took a bit longer than expected, it's really helped us keep track of client info and share updates faster. The collaboration between sales and support improved noticeably once folks started using it regularly.

Good but a steep learning curve
Switched from HubSpot and tried Zoho CRM before landing on Salesforce. The customization options here are solid, but the interface feels cluttered and the learning curve was steeper than I expected.

Helped with lead tracking
Our sales team was drowning in messy spreadsheets and missed follow-ups until we switched to Salesforce. It helped us track leads better and automate reminders, but setting up custom reports was way more complicated than it needed to be.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 15 switched to Salesforce last year, and while it took some time to get everyone comfortable, it’s made collaboration way easier—especially tracking client info without having to chase emails. The boss pushed for it, so there was initial resistance, but now most people appreciate having everything in one place. Sometimes it feels a bit clunky navigating through all the features though.

Mixed Feelings on Salesforce
Our team of about 10 was pushed to switch to Salesforce last year, and honestly, getting everyone up to speed was a bit of a headache. Some teammates caught on quickly and found it helpful for tracking clients, but others struggled with the interface, which slowed down collaboration. Overall, it’s useful but felt like a forced change that didn’t fully fit how we already worked.

Reliable and improving CRM
After using Salesforce for over 5 years, I've seen it grow from a solid CRM to a much more integrated platform that actually saves me time. Some features took a while to get used to, but overall it’s become more intuitive and reliable with each update.

Smooth setup with helpful onboarding
Getting everything set up took a couple of days, but the onboarding resources made it much smoother than I expected. The learning curve was noticeable at first, but the step-by-step guides really helped me get up to speed without feeling overwhelmed.

Good features, but costly
Salesforce offers a lot of features, but the price feels steep for smaller teams like mine. It can pay off if you use it fully, but honestly, I’ve found some parts not worth the extra cost.
