Solid for client tracking
Salesforce handles all my client tracking without much hassle and the customization options are pretty sweet. Took a bit to get used to, but now it’s working well for me.

Good reports, clunky automation
The reporting dashboard is really powerful and helps me track sales trends easily, which is exactly what I needed. That said, the setup for automation rules is confusing and often requires a lot of trial and error before it works right, which can be frustrating.

Good features, high cost
Salesforce offers solid tools but the pricing can get steep quickly, especially for smaller teams. It delivers decent ROI if you’re using a lot of features, but it felt a bit pricey for what we actually needed.

Worth the investment overall
Salesforce is definitely on the pricier side, especially if you're running a small business, but from my experience, it’s worth the expense because of the boost in organization and sales tracking it provides. The ROI showed up after a few months once the team got used to the system and started closing deals faster. It might be overkill for very small teams, but for us, it’s been a solid investment that pays off in more ways than one. Just wish the setup was a bit simpler, took longer than expected to get everything running smoothly.

Good features but pricey
Salesforce offers a solid set of features, but honestly, the pricing feels a bit steep for smaller teams like ours. It can pay off if you really dig into all the tools, but for the basics, it kinda feels like you’re overpaying. Still, the ROI came through after a few months, so it’s decent value if you’re patient with it.

Tough to get used to
Our team of 8 struggled to get everyone on board since the interface is confusing and most people found it way too complicated for daily use. Collaboration got worse instead of better because no one wanted to update anything there.

Solid CRM with a learning curve
Salesforce is super handy for keeping all our client info in one place and the customization options are pretty solid. Took a bit to get the hang of it, but once you do, it makes managing sales way smoother. Wish the interface was a bit less clunky though.

Centralized customer data, but complex
We were drowning in tracking customer interactions across multiple teams, and Salesforce helped centralize that data so nothing slipped through the cracks. However, the platform felt overly complicated for our small team, and setting up workflows took way longer than expected, which slowed us down more than it helped.

Worth the investment overall
Salesforce can be a bit pricey at first, but for what I needed, it really paid for itself in the long run. The ROI showed up once we streamlined our sales process and cut down on manual work. Definitely great value if you’re serious about scaling, though smaller teams might find it a tad expensive.

Smooth setup with good support
Getting Salesforce up and running was smoother than I expected. The onboarding materials were clear and helped me understand the basics quickly. It took a couple of days to really get comfortable with the setup, but once you get past the initial learning curve, things fall into place nicely. Overall, I felt supported throughout the process, which made the implementation less stressful.
