Good features, pricey though

Salesforce offers a solid set of features, but the pricing feels a bit steep, especially for smaller teams like ours. We saw some return on investment after a while, but it took longer than expected to really justify the cost. The platform can be powerful, but if you're not fully using all the bells and whistles, it might not be worth the hefty monthly fees. Overall, decent value but you gotta be sure you're ready to commit and make the most out of it.

Smooth setup with minor hiccups

Setup was surprisingly smooth and didn’t take as long as I expected, maybe a couple hours total. The onboarding guides were helpful but some parts still felt a bit overwhelming at first. Once past the initial learning curve, everything started clicking and it was pretty easy to customize stuff.

Good reports, clunky UI

The reporting dashboard is honestly really helpful for tracking sales progress in real time, which saved me a lot of headache. That said, the user interface can feel clunky and unintuitive, especially when trying to customize views—it slows me down more often than not.

Finally tamed lead chaos

Our sales team was drowning in unorganized leads and follow-ups, which caused a lot of lost opportunities. Salesforce helped centralize all our contacts and track every interaction in one place, making it way easier to prioritize outreach and close deals faster. The customization options meant we could tailor the system exactly to how our team works, which was a game changer. It’s not perfect—sometimes the interface feels a bit clunky—but overall it really solved the chaos we were dealing with.

Good but a bit complicated

Salesforce gets the job done most of the time, but it can be kinda overwhelming with all the features packed in. Setting things up wasn't super smooth, and sometimes it feels like you're paying for stuff you don't really need. That said, once you get the hang of it, tracking sales and customer info is pretty straightforward. Just wish it was a bit simpler to customize without needing a developer all the time.

Solid tool for managing sales

Salesforce definitely helps keep all my sales stuff in one place, which is a lifesaver when juggling multiple clients. The setup took a bit longer than I expected, but once I got the hang of it, things ran smoother. Sometimes it feels a little overwhelming with all the features, but overall it’s made tracking deals way easier. Would give it 5 stars if it was a bit more user-friendly at the start.

Overpriced and underwhelming

Salesforce is way too expensive for what it offers. The pricing feels like a cash grab, and the return on investment just hasn’t been there for my small business.

Really helps stay organized

Salesforce makes keeping track of clients way easier than I expected, though it took me a bit to get the hang of all the features. Definitely helps me stay organized and on top of stuff.

Solid and Improving CRM

Started using Salesforce about six years ago and have seen it grow into a much more user-friendly platform. The updates have definitely improved navigation and reporting features, making it easier for our sales team to track leads and close deals. There was a bit of a learning curve at first, but the customization options have allowed us to tailor it to our specific needs over time. Overall, it’s been a solid tool that just keeps getting better without feeling overwhelming.

Powerful but complex choice

Tried HubSpot and Zoho before, but Salesforce felt more powerful for bigger teams. That said, it’s a bit overwhelming and not the easiest to customize without extra help.
