Powerful but Overwhelming
Switched from HubSpot and Zoho CRM, and while Salesforce has more customization options, the interface feels cluttered and can be overwhelming at times. It’s powerful but took a while to get used to compared to the other tools.

Solid but evolving platform
Started using this about 7 years ago and it’s definitely come a long way. Some features got way easier to use, though sometimes the updates throw me off for a bit.

Powerful but a learning curve
Switched from HubSpot and Zendesk, and Salesforce felt more robust for managing complex sales pipelines. The customization options really helped tailor it to our workflow, though the learning curve was a bit steep at first.

Finally Organized Customer Info
Our sales team was drowning in scattered customer info and missed follow-ups, but Salesforce helped us centralize all our contacts and set reminders so nothing slips through the cracks anymore.

Works well once set up
Salesforce is solid for keeping everything organized and tracking leads, though it can be a bit overwhelming at first. Once you get the hang of it, the customization options really help tailor things to how you work. Definitely saved me a bunch of time on follow-ups.

Still Improving After Years
Been using Salesforce for over 6 years now, and it’s really grown into a more flexible tool that adapts better to our changing needs. The interface improvements and added features have made managing sales pipelines a lot smoother than when I first started.

Saved us from missed leads
Our sales team was drowning in spreadsheets and missed follow-ups, which was costing us deals. Switching to Salesforce helped us track every lead and set reminders automatically, so nothing slips through the cracks anymore. It’s not perfect, sometimes the setup feels overwhelming, but it definitely made managing sales way easier for us.

Organizes contacts well
Salesforce really helps keep all my contacts and deals organized without too much hassle. Took a bit to get used to but now I’m pretty into it.

Once useful, now frustrating
Started using Salesforce about 7 years ago and honestly, it’s been a bit of a letdown lately. Over time, the platform’s gotten more bloated and harder to navigate, which slows down our daily work instead of helping it. Features that used to be straightforward are now buried under layers of complexity, and the cost keeps creeping up without much real improvement for our specific needs. I was hopeful for updates, but it feels like they’re just adding flashy stuff instead of fixing the basics.

Flexible and Powerful CRM
Switched from HubSpot to Salesforce after running into limitations with customization. Salesforce feels more flexible for complex sales processes, though it took some time to get used to the interface. Compared it to Zoho CRM as well, but Salesforce’s reporting tools and integrations gave it the edge for our team.
