Solid for work calls
Zoom’s been super reliable for my work calls, and I like how easy it is to jump into meetings without fuss. Sometimes the audio glitches a bit, but nothing too annoying.

Reliable and User-Friendly
Switched from Google Meet after struggling with occasional lag and limited participant controls. Zoom’s interface feels more intuitive, and I especially appreciate the breakout rooms for smaller discussions, which Teams didn’t handle as smoothly for us. Overall, it’s reliable and easy to set up, which made it the better fit for our team calls.

Decent but glitchy experience
Our team of about 12 switched to Zoom last year since the boss wanted a unified platform. Getting everyone on board was kinda bumpy since some prefer other apps, and the video sometimes drops out during calls, making collaboration a bit frustrating.

Steady Improvement Over Time
Started using this about five years ago and it’s definitely gotten smoother and more reliable, especially with larger meetings. The new features pop up regularly and actually feel useful without being overwhelming.

Good value for remote work
Zoom’s pricing felt fair for the features we actually use, and it’s saved us a bunch on travel costs, so the investment definitely pays off.

Reliable and User-Friendly Video Calls
Switched from Google Meet after running into too many connection issues during larger group calls, and Zoom handled those much better for me. I also tried Microsoft Teams, but found Zoom’s interface to be less cluttered and easier for everyone on my team to jump into meetings quickly. The video and audio quality have been solid overall, plus features like breakout rooms really come in handy for workshops. My only gripe is that sometimes the app can be a bit heavy on resources, which slows my older laptop down.

Good, but a bit pricey
Zoom works well for video meetings, but I feel the pricing is a bit steep if you’re only using it casually. The free plan limits you pretty quickly, and the paid options don’t always feel like they add enough extra value to justify the cost. For larger teams, it might be worth it, but for small groups, it feels like you’re paying for features you don’t really need.

Mixed feelings on Zoom
Our team of about 10 quickly adopted Zoom since our boss insisted on it, but not everyone finds it intuitive. It works okay for meetings, though sometimes the connection glitches and it can feel a bit clunky when trying to collaborate live.

Great screen sharing and breakout rooms
The screen sharing feature is exactly what I needed for work presentations, it's smooth and reliable even with multiple participants. I also really like the breakout rooms for smaller group discussions—it makes collaboration way easier. The one thing that bugs me sometimes is the audio quality, which can get a bit choppy, especially on longer calls. Overall, it’s been a solid tool for keeping in touch with my team.

Great for Team Collaboration
Our team of about 12 switched to Zoom last year, and it really helped us stay connected, especially during busy project periods. Getting everyone on board was surprisingly smooth since the interface is straightforward, and it makes collaborating on ideas during meetings a lot easier. The only hiccup is occasional glitches with screen sharing, but overall it’s been a solid tool for us.
