Mixed Setup Experience
Getting Zoom up and running was a bit of a mixed bag. The initial signup and basic setup were quick—I had it working in under 10 minutes—but figuring out some of the advanced settings took way longer than I expected. The onboarding guides helped, but there was definitely a small learning curve before everything felt smooth.

Solid and Improving Platform
Started using Zoom about five years ago, and it’s come a long way since then. The video quality and connection stability have definitely improved, making meetings smoother. Occasionally, the interface feels a bit cluttered with all the added features, but overall it’s been reliable for both work and personal calls.

Works okay but glitches sometimes
Zoom works fine for casual calls and group chats, but sometimes the video lags or freezes randomly which gets annoying. I like how easy it is to join meetings without a ton of setup, and screen sharing usually works smoothly. Still, the free version limits how long you can stay on group calls, which is kinda frustrating when things run long. Overall, not bad but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Setup was a bit clunky
Getting started with Zoom was a bit of a mixed bag. The initial download and account creation went smoothly, but setting up some of the advanced features took longer than I expected and wasn't very intuitive. It wasn’t a total headache, but definitely had a few moments where I had to dig around to figure things out.

Solved our remote meeting woes
Our remote team used to struggle with keeping meetings organized and on track, especially with people dropping off or audio cutting out. Zoom made it way easier to stay connected with stable calls and the breakout rooms feature helped us collaborate in smaller groups smoothly. It’s been a solid fix for our communication headaches, though sometimes the video quality dips a bit on slower connections.

Decent but pricey for casual use
The pricing feels a bit steep for what you get, especially if you just need it for occasional meetings. It works fine, but I’m not sure the return on investment is strong unless you’re using it constantly.

Quick and smooth setup
Getting Zoom up and running was surprisingly quick—I had everything set up in about 10 minutes with minimal hassle. The onboarding guided me through the basics clearly, so there wasn’t much of a learning curve at all.

Made Remote Meetings Smooth
Our team used to struggle with keeping remote meetings organized and on time, especially since people kept dropping out or having audio issues. Zoom really helped by providing stable video and easy-to-use breakout rooms, which made collaboration way smoother during brainstorming sessions. The calendar integrations also cut down on scheduling headaches, so fewer folks missed meetings. Overall, it made remote work feel less chaotic and more connected.

Solid video calls
Zoom’s been super handy for catching up with friends and work calls. Sometimes it glitches a bit, but overall it’s easy to use and the video quality is solid. Definitely makes remote chatting way less of a hassle.

Used to be reliable, now frustrating
Started using Zoom about five years ago when it was just gaining traction, and honestly, it used to be much more reliable. Over the last couple of years, the app has become bloated and crashes way more often on my devices, which really gets frustrating during important meetings. Features that were once straightforward now feel buried under unnecessary updates, making it harder to navigate quickly. After all this time, I expected smoother performance, not more glitches.
