Does the job, but glitches
Zoom's fine for quick video calls and group chats, but sometimes the connection gets kinda spotty which is annoying. I like how easy it is to jump into a meeting without much setup though. The free version works okay, but the time limits on group calls can be a pain when things run long. Overall, it does the job but nothing super fancy.

Reliable but could improve UI
I gave Zoom a try after using Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. Zoom's video quality felt a bit clearer, but I found the interface less intuitive than Teams, especially when managing large meetings. It’s decent overall, but I wish the free version had fewer restrictions compared to some competitors.

Reliable and clear video calls
I switched from Google Meet and Microsoft Teams for daily team check-ins, and Zoom just felt smoother overall. The video quality is consistently better, and the interface is straightforward without a lot of fluff. Sometimes the app can be a bit heavy on resources, but it rarely crashes which beats the competition for me.

Great screen sharing and breakout rooms
The screen sharing feature is exactly what we needed for team meetings, making it super easy to walk everyone through presentations. Also, the breakout rooms work great for smaller group discussions, though sometimes the transitions between rooms can be a bit glitchy. Overall, it’s a solid tool that mostly just works without much hassle.

Quick and easy setup
Getting Zoom up and running was surprisingly straightforward. I had it installed and my first meeting scheduled within about 10 minutes, which was great since I needed something quick. The onboarding guided me through the basics without overwhelming me, and I found the controls pretty intuitive after a short bit of use. There was a small hiccup with audio settings at first, but overall the setup process was smooth and hassle-free.

Simple and Quick Setup
Getting Zoom up and running was straightforward—I had it set up in less than 10 minutes with no hiccups. The onboarding guides were clear without being overwhelming, which made the whole process smooth even for someone who's not super tech-savvy. Overall, the learning curve was very gentle and I felt comfortable using it pretty quickly.

Good screen share, flaky audio
The screen sharing feature works really well, but the audio sometimes cuts out randomly which can be super frustrating during meetings.

Smooth switch for remote work
Our team of about 10 shifted to Zoom last year after our manager insisted on trying it out. Getting everyone on board was easier than I expected, and it’s really helped with keeping our remote collaboration smooth. The occasional lag during bigger meetings can be annoying tho, but overall it’s been a solid tool for us.

Reliable and User-Friendly
Switched from Google Meet because Zoom's call quality felt more stable, especially with larger groups. I also compared it to Microsoft Teams, but found Zoom's interface less cluttered and easier to navigate during meetings. It’s reliable and doesn’t bog down my computer as much, though the occasional lag can be frustrating.

Reliable remote meeting fix
Our remote team kept running into connection issues and dropped calls during important meetings, which was really frustrating. Switching to Zoom made a huge difference—calls have been way more stable and the screen sharing actually works smoothly without lag. It’s made coordinating across different time zones so much easier, especially when we need quick check-ins or detailed walkthroughs. Overall, it solved the biggest headache we had with remote meetings.
