Decent, but could improve

Been with them for about 4 years and they've definitely added features over time, but some updates feel clunky or buggy. The automation is solid when it works, but I've had a few frustrating moments with reporting accuracy and customer support response times. Overall, it’s useful but sometimes feels like they’re trying to do too much at once.

Smooth setup, slight learning curve

Got things up and running in about an hour thanks to clear onboarding materials. Took a bit to get used to all the options, but once I got the hang of it, setup felt smooth.

Finally caught up with leads

We were drowning in managing follow-ups manually and losing track of customer interactions. ActiveCampaign helped us automate the entire sequence, so now no lead slips through the cracks, and our team spends way less time chasing emails. The tagging and segmentation features made it easy to personalize messages without extra effort.

Automation that actually works

The automation builder in ActiveCampaign is exactly what we needed to streamline our email workflows. It’s super intuitive, even for someone who’s not a tech expert, and setting up triggers and actions saves so much time. The reporting feature is helpful but sometimes feels a bit limited when trying to dig deeper into campaign stats. Overall, it’s been a solid tool for keeping our marketing organized without too much hassle.

Finally Organized Our Follow-Ups

Our small marketing team was drowning in trying to keep track of customer interactions and automate follow-ups, which was slowing down our growth. ActiveCampaign helped us organize those contacts with tags and automated sequences that actually worked without needing a tech expert to set up. The visual automation builder made it easy to create workflows that saved us hours every week, and we started seeing better engagement from our emails almost immediately. Still, sometimes the interface can feel a bit overwhelming with all the options, but overall it solved the chaos we were stuck in.

Used to be better

Started using this over 5 years ago and it just keeps getting more complicated without real improvements. Features feel half-baked now and support isn’t helpful when things break.

Solid tool that’s improved

Been with them for about 4 years now and it's definitely improved a lot—especially the automation stuff. Sometimes the interface feels a bit cluttered, but overall it’s been reliable for what I need.

Great automation, minor quirks

Tried Mailchimp and HubSpot before settling on ActiveCampaign, mostly because their automation is way more flexible without being overwhelming. The learning curve was a bit steeper than I expected, but once I got the hang of it, the tagging and segmentation options really helped with targeting my campaigns better. Wish their reporting was a bit more intuitive though.

Solid tool that keeps improving

Been with ActiveCampaign for about 4 years now and honestly, it's come a long way since I first started. The automation features have gotten way more intuitive and flexible, which makes managing my email campaigns much easier. One thing I wish they'd fix is the occasional lag in the interface, but overall it’s reliable and fits my needs well. Definitely better than when I first signed up, and support has been pretty helpful when I've needed it.
