Solid email tool

This thing handles my email campaigns without much hassle, which is a win in my book. Took me a bit to get the hang of all the features, but once I did, it saved me loads of time. Wish the reporting was a bit clearer though.

Setup was a mixed bag

The onboarding was a bit confusing and took longer than I expected, but once I got past the initial setup, things started to click. There’s definitely a learning curve, especially with automation rules, but the support helped a bit.

Solved follow-up chaos

Our small biz was totally swamped trying to keep track of customer follow-ups and segmenting lists manually. ActiveCampaign made it way easier by automating email sequences based on user behavior, which saved us a ton of time and avoided missed opportunities. The tagging system is really flexible and helped us target people much better than before. Only downside is the learning curve at first—it took a bit to get all the automation right but once set up, it runs smooth.

Saved Our Follow-Up Process

We were drowning in manual email follow-ups and inconsistent customer tracking, which slowed down our sales process a lot. ActiveCampaign helped automate those follow-ups and gave us clearer visibility into each lead’s journey, so now our team actually knows when and how to reach out without missing a beat.

Great for team collaboration

Our team of eight started using ActiveCampaign for managing email marketing and automations, and getting everyone on board took a bit of time since some preferred older tools. Once we all adjusted, collaboration improved because it’s easy to share campaigns and track progress together. The boss pushed for the switch, and now most of the department relies on it daily.

Great automation at a fair price

I switched from Mailchimp to ActiveCampaign after struggling with Mailchimp’s limited automation options. Compared to HubSpot, ActiveCampaign felt more intuitive for setting up complex email sequences without needing a ton of technical know-how. The CRM integration works well for keeping track of contacts, but sometimes the interface can feel a bit clunky when managing large lists. Still, the level of customization you get for the price made it worth sticking with, even if there’s a slight learning curve.

Worth the investment overall

ActiveCampaign isn’t the cheapest tool out there, but the features you get definitely make it worth the investment. For what I pay, the automation and CRM capabilities have helped me save time and actually bring in more leads, which feels like a solid return on investment. Small teams might find it a bit on the pricey side initially, but if you use it right, it pays for itself pretty quickly. Overall, the value definitely matches the cost for the kind of results I’m seeing.

Helped with follow-up automation

Trying to keep track of customer interactions and automate follow-ups was a mess until I started using ActiveCampaign. It helped me set up simple automations that saved time and kept leads warm, but the learning curve was steeper than I expected and some features felt clunky for smaller campaigns.

Solid tool for email campaigns

ActiveCampaign is pretty solid for managing my email campaigns and automations. Took me a bit to get the hang of the interface, but once you do, it’s smooth sailing. Love how customizable the workflows are, though sometimes it feels like there are just a bit too many features if you’re not super tech-savvy. Overall, it’s helped me stay on top of my marketing without a ton of hassle.

Strong Automation & CRM

The automation builder in ActiveCampaign is exactly what we needed to streamline our email workflows—it's intuitive and flexible, making complex sequences much easier to set up. I also really like the CRM integration; it keeps everything connected and helps track customer interactions seamlessly. That said, the reporting feature could use some improvement as it sometimes feels a bit clunky and not as customizable as I'd like.
