Good but a bit pricey

The pricing feels a bit steep for what I actually use, but the automation features have saved me time, so it kinda balances out. Still, I wish there was a more affordable plan for smaller lists.

Smooth setup with helpful guides

Setup was pretty smooth and the onboarding guides helped me get things going quicker than I expected. Took me a couple hours to feel comfortable, but overall it was easy to get up and running without too much headache.

Worth the investment

The pricing is a bit on the higher side, but I've found that the automation features really help save time and bring in better leads, so it balances out in the long run. For the results I've seen, it's definitely been worth the spend, especially if you're serious about growing your email list and sales.

Setup was a mixed experience

Getting started with ActiveCampaign was a bit of a mixed bag for me. The initial onboarding had a lot of info thrown at once, which made it kinda overwhelming, and it took me a couple of days to feel comfortable navigating the platform. On the bright side, once the basic setup was done, adding contacts and creating simple automations was pretty straightforward. Still, some of the advanced features weren’t super intuitive and required digging through help docs or videos to figure out.

Solid but a bit clunky

Started using ActiveCampaign about four years ago, and while the platform has definitely added new features over time, some of the updates have made the interface feel a bit cluttered and harder to navigate. Automation options are powerful but can be confusing when you're trying to set up more complex sequences. Customer support has been hit or miss for me, sometimes quick and helpful, other times slow to respond. Overall, it’s a solid tool but not as intuitive or reliable as I hoped after all this time.

Great for team collaboration

Our team of 8 quickly adapted to ActiveCampaign after management pushed for a unified tool, and it really improved how we coordinate email campaigns and track leads. Getting everyone on board was smoother than expected since the interface is straightforward, though a couple of folks wished reporting was a bit more intuitive.

Decent but kinda clunky

The interface’s a bit clunky and took me some time to figure out, but once you get the hang of it, it’s not too bad. Automation options are cool, though sometimes it feels like there’s a lot going on and it can get confusing. Overall, it does what I need but nothing super exciting.

Great Automation, Reporting Needs Boost

The automation builder is honestly a game-changer for managing workflows—it’s intuitive and saves me a ton of time. However, the reporting features could be a bit more detailed; sometimes I feel like I’m missing deeper insights into campaign performance.

Solid tool for team use

Our team of about 8 switched to ActiveCampaign a few months ago after the boss pushed for better email automation. Getting everyone to actually use it was a bit rough at first, but once the basics clicked, collaboration improved since we could track campaigns in one place. Sometimes the interface feels a little clunky though, which slows things down.

Good Automation, Weak Reporting

The automation builder is pretty powerful and lets me set up complex workflows without too much hassle. However, the reporting features feel a bit clunky and don’t give me the clear insights I was hoping for, which is frustrating when trying to track campaign performance.
