Good Automation, Clunky Editor
The automation builder is definitely the standout feature for me; it’s pretty intuitive and lets me set up workflows without too much hassle. On the other hand, the email editor feels a bit clunky and outdated, which makes designing campaigns more frustrating than it should be. Also, I wish the reporting tools were a bit more detailed to help me better track performance. Overall, it’s useful but has some rough edges that slow me down.

Worth the investment
The pricing for ActiveCampaign felt a bit steep at first, but after a few months, it's clear the platform delivers solid value. The automation features have saved me a ton of time, which really offsets the cost. For smaller teams, it might seem pricey, but the return on investment through better customer engagement definitely makes it worth considering. Overall, it’s a tool that pays for itself if you dive into its capabilities.

Mixed feelings after years
Started using this about 4 years ago and while the features have grown, sometimes the interface feels clunky and unintuitive. Customer support has improved but still can be slow when you really need quick help.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 8 jumped on ActiveCampaign after our manager pushed for a better way to handle email outreach and internal tracking. Getting everyone to fully adopt it took a couple weeks, mostly because some folks were used to simpler tools, but once we got the hang of the automation features, it really helped streamline our follow-ups. Collaboration's easier now since we can all see the same customer info and activity history in one place. Sometimes the interface feels a bit cluttered, which can slow down new users at first.

Easy automations, minor learning curve
Really like how easy it is to set up automations, even if I’m not super techy. Took me a bit to get the hang of some features tho.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about eight people started using ActiveCampaign a few months ago after the boss insisted on trying it for email automation. Getting everyone on board took a bit of time since some were used to simpler tools, but once the initial learning curve passed, collaboration improved because we could easily share templates and track campaigns together. The reporting features helped us align on what was working, and overall, it’s streamlined our outreach process without feeling overly complicated. The only hiccup is that the interface can sometimes feel cluttered when juggling multiple workflows.

Decent but needs polish
Started using this a few years back and have seen it grow with some useful features added over time. However, the interface can still feel clunky and sometimes slow, which gets frustrating when you're managing multiple campaigns. Support has been hit or miss depending on who you get.

Worth the investment
ActiveCampaign isn’t the cheapest option out there, but the automation features and email deliverability make it worth the cost for my business. It’s saved me a lot of time and helped increase engagement, so the return on investment has been solid. Small teams might find it a bit pricey at first, but overall it pays for itself quickly.

Great automation, clunky reporting
I really like how intuitive the automation builder is—it makes setting up complicated workflows way easier than I expected. The email templates are solid and customizable, which saved me a lot of time. That said, the reporting dashboard feels a bit clunky and could be more user-friendly. Overall, it’s a strong tool with just a few rough edges.

Gets better with time
Started using ActiveCampaign about 4 years ago and it's definitely improved since then. The automation features used to be a bit clunky but now they flow a lot smoother, which has made managing campaigns way easier. Wish the reporting was a bit more detailed though, but overall it's been a solid tool for what I need.
