Smooth and straightforward setup

Setup was surprisingly smooth and I had my store up and running within a couple of hours. The onboarding guided me well, though some parts felt a bit overwhelming at first. Overall, it didn’t take long to get the hang of things and start customizing.

Great product management, limited design

The product management system on BigCommerce has been a lifesaver for keeping everything organized, especially with bulk editing options that save me tons of time. I also really like the built-in SEO tools—they helped improve my store’s visibility without needing a ton of extra effort. That said, I wish the theme customization was a bit more flexible; it can be limiting if you want to tweak beyond the basics. Overall, it’s a solid platform that handles the core stuff well.

Great product options, reporting lags

The product options feature is exactly what we needed to offer our customers customizable items without much hassle. Setting up different variants was straightforward and saved a lot of time. However, the reporting tools could use some improvements — they feel a bit clunky and lack the depth I was hoping for. Overall, though, BigCommerce handles the core store setup nicely and keeps things running smoothly.

Solid for team collaboration

Our team of six switched to BigCommerce last quarter, and once we got past the initial learning curve, collaboration became way smoother. Getting everyone on board took a bit of effort, but now the whole department appreciates how it centralizes product management and updates.

Gets the job done

BigCommerce is okay for what I need, but it’s not super intuitive sometimes. I liked that it has a lot of features, though some feel a bit overwhelming or outdated. The support was alright, nothing crazy helpful but not bad either. Overall, it does the job but I wouldn’t say it’s the easiest platform out there.

Smooth team transition

Our team of six switched to BigCommerce fairly smoothly, and once everyone got the hang of it, collaboration on product updates became much easier. The boss pushed for it, and honestly, having one platform to manage most tasks really helped cut down confusion during busy periods.

Solid for team use

Our team of about eight switched to BigCommerce last quarter, and after a bit of a learning curve, everyone got the hang of it pretty quickly. The collaboration features helped us keep track of product updates and sales data without juggling a million spreadsheets. It wasn’t an instant hit, but once the whole department was on board, our workflow definitely smoothed out.

Feature-rich and flexible platform

Switched from Shopify and WooCommerce and liked BigCommerce better because the built-in features save me from installing a ton of plugins, and the SEO tools feel more straightforward. The dashboard is a bit overwhelming at first, but the flexibility really pays off once you get used to it.

Smooth Team Adoption

Our team of six switched to BigCommerce last quarter, and getting everyone on board was smoother than expected since the interface is straightforward. It’s made collaboration easier because multiple people can manage the store without stepping on each other’s toes.

Worth the investment

The pricing felt a bit steep at first, but after seeing how much smoother sales and management became, it definitely pays off. Great for growing businesses that want reliable tools without constant upselling.
