Solid ecom platform
BigCommerce has been solid for setting up my online store, pretty easy to customize and handle orders. Took a bit to get used to the dashboard, but overall it’s been reliable.

Clunky and Limited Features
Tried Shopify and Wix before, but ended up disappointed with BigCommerce’s clunky interface and limited theme options. Shopify feels smoother and easier to customize, so I wouldn’t recommend BigCommerce unless they improve usability.

Smooth Team Transition
Our team of eight switched to BigCommerce a few months ago, and getting everyone up to speed was smoother than I expected. The platform’s straightforward setup made collaboration between marketing and sales much easier, and the way it integrates with our existing tools helped avoid a lot of frustration. That said, the learning curve for some of the more advanced features slowed us down a bit at first.

Finally mastered inventory chaos
Our team was drowning in managing multiple product variants and syncing inventory across channels, which was a nightmare before BigCommerce. This platform made it way easier to keep everything organized and automatically updated without double work. The built-in integrations helped streamline sales on different marketplaces without confusion. It still took a bit of tweaking to get all the settings right, but overall it solved a huge pain point for us.

Great product management tools
The product management tools in BigCommerce have really simplified organizing my inventory, making batch edits a breeze. I do wish the built-in analytics were a bit more intuitive, as it took some time to find the insights I needed.

Worth the investment overall
BigCommerce isn’t the cheapest option out there, but from my experience, it’s worth every penny for what you get. The platform has helped streamline setting up my store and the sales tools have definitely paid for themselves by boosting conversions. For small teams, it feels like a solid investment because you don’t have to juggle multiple services. That said, if you’re just starting out with a tiny budget, the price might feel a bit steep initially.

Smooth setup with minor hiccups
Setup was surprisingly smooth and the onboarding tutorials helped me get things going quicker than I expected. Took a bit to figure out some settings, but overall pretty straightforward.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting everything set up on BigCommerce was surprisingly straightforward. The onboarding guided me through the basics without overwhelming me, and I had my store up and running in just a couple of hours. There was a bit of a learning curve when it came to customizing some features, but the support docs helped a lot. Overall, it felt like a smooth process, especially for a platform with so many options.

Better customization and shipping
Switched from Shopify and WooCommerce and found BigCommerce easier to customize without needing a bunch of extra plugins. Loved how it handled product variants and shipping options more smoothly in my experience.

Helped with sales channels
Our store was drowning in managing multiple sales channels and BigCommerce actually helped me streamline that process pretty well. The integration with marketplaces made a difference, but the backend can be clunky and sometimes slow when updating products.
