Good but pricey for startups
The pricing feels a bit steep for what you get, especially if you’re just starting out. It can work out if your sales pick up, but upfront it’s definitely a commitment that might not suit smaller budgets.

Nice platform, some quirks
BigCommerce has been surprisingly smooth to set up and the sales tools are solid. Wish customizing the design was a bit easier though.

Solid platform that’s improved
Been with BigCommerce for over 4 years now, and it’s definitely improved a lot since I started. The platform feels more intuitive and reliable, especially with how smoothly it handles integrations these days. It’s helped my store grow without too many headaches, which is huge for me.

Smooth setup, minor hiccups
Setup was easier than I expected and the onboarding process helped me get everything up and running in about a day. Some parts of the dashboard took a bit to figure out, but overall not a steep learning curve.

Great SEO and Multi-Channel
The built-in SEO tools really helped boost my store's visibility without much hassle. The multi-channel selling feature is useful, though setting it up took a bit longer than I expected.

Decent but mixed feelings
Our team of about 8 started using BigCommerce after the boss pushed for a change. Getting everyone on board was kinda rough since some preferred our old system, and collaboration features didn’t always sync up smoothly. Overall, it works okay but not without some hiccups.

Flexible but a bit clunky
Started out with Shopify but found BigCommerce offered more flexibility with product options without needing extra apps. That said, the interface feels a bit clunky compared to WooCommerce, which I’ve also tried and liked for its customization. BigCommerce handles SEO decently, but the learning curve was steeper than I expected, and some features felt locked behind higher pricing tiers. Overall, it’s solid but not quite smooth enough to ditch other platforms completely.

Works fine but could improve
The setup was kinda straightforward and it handles the basics fine, but some features felt a bit clunky and not super intuitive.

Flexible and User-Friendly
Switched from Shopify after running into limitations with their customization options, and BigCommerce gave me way more flexibility without the steep learning curve. Compared it to WooCommerce too, but BigCommerce’s built-in features made setup smoother and saved me time.

Mixed feelings on BigCommerce
Our team of about 10 was pushed to switch to BigCommerce by management last quarter. Getting everyone up to speed was slower than expected since the interface isn’t as intuitive for some, which caused a few hiccups in collaboration early on. Still, once we settled in, it worked fine for managing our product listings, though I wouldn’t say it’s drastically better than our old setup.
