Solid for team notes
Been using Confluence for a while now and it’s actually pretty solid for keeping team notes organized. Sometimes the interface feels a bit clunky but it’s easy enough to figure out. Wish it loaded a bit faster tho.

Good but a bit pricey
Confluence feels a bit pricey for what it offers, especially if you're a smaller team. While it does help keep things organized, I’m not entirely convinced the return justifies the ongoing cost. It’s decent value, but I’ve seen cheaper tools that cover most of what we need.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 12 switched to Confluence last year, and it really helped keep all our project docs in one place. Getting everyone on board took some nudging, especially because some folks preferred email or local files, but after a few weeks it became the go-to for collaboration. The ability to comment and edit in real-time has definitely smoothed out communication hiccups.

Smooth setup with helpful guides
Getting everything set up took me a couple of hours, mostly because I wanted to organize spaces properly from the start. The onboarding tutorials were helpful and the learning curve wasn't too steep once I got the hang of the interface.

Really useful for teamwork
Confluence makes organizing team notes way easier than I expected. It’s simple to use and keeps everything in one spot, which is clutch when juggling projects. The only thing is sometimes it feels a bit slow loading big pages, but overall it’s solid.

Setup took longer than expected
Getting Confluence up and running was a bit of a mixed bag. The initial setup wasn’t too bad and I had the basics working within an hour, but fully customizing everything to fit our team's workflow ended up being more time-consuming than I expected. The onboarding docs are helpful, but it still took some trial and error to figure out certain features. Overall, it wasn’t a nightmare, but definitely not as smooth as I’d hoped.

Solid tool that improved
Started using this around five years ago, and it’s definitely gotten more intuitive and reliable with each update. Collaboration feels smoother now, though it can still be a bit slow with larger pages.

Too clunky and slow
Honestly, it feels way more complicated than it needs to be and slows me down more than helps. Not the smoothest experience for quick notes or collaboration.

Decent but could improve
Compared Confluence to Notion and SharePoint, and while I like how Confluence handles team documentation, it feels a bit clunky and not as intuitive as Notion. We stuck with it mainly because of the Jira integration, but the interface could definitely use some polish. Also, sometimes pages take longer than expected to load, which gets annoying.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 12 switched to Confluence for tracking project updates and sharing documents. Getting everyone to actually use it took a couple of weeks, but once it clicked, collaboration definitely improved—no more digging through endless email threads. The interface could be a bit more intuitive, but overall it helped keep us on the same page.
