Great for team docs
Switched from Notion and SharePoint to Confluence because it handles team collaboration and documentation much more smoothly. The way it integrates with Jira and other Atlassian products really sealed the deal for us.

Good for structured docs, but clunky
We switched to Confluence after trying Notion and Google Docs because we needed something better for team collaboration and documentation. While Confluence's integration with Jira is helpful, the interface sometimes feels clunky and not as intuitive as I expected. I like how easy it is to organize pages, but editing can get slow when the documents get large, which was less of a problem in Notion. Overall, it’s decent for structured docs but kinda frustrating when you want quick, flexible note-taking.

Reliable but a bit clunky
After using Confluence for over five years, I’ve seen some helpful updates, but it still feels clunky when managing larger projects. The search function has improved, which makes finding old documents easier, but the interface hasn’t kept pace with more modern tools. It’s reliable enough for basic team collaboration, but sometimes feels frustrating when trying to organize complex info.

Mixed feelings after years
After about 4 years with Confluence, I've seen it improve in some ways but also get a bit clunky. The search function still feels slower than it should, and sometimes updates break stuff unexpectedly. On the plus side, collaboration is easier than before and the page templates help keep things consistent.

Smooth and clear setup process
Getting Confluence up and running was surprisingly straightforward. The onboarding guides were clear and helped me understand the basics without feeling overwhelmed. It took me about an afternoon to get the main spaces organized and team members added, which felt like a solid chunk of time but totally worth it. The learning curve wasn’t steep, though some of the more advanced features took a bit of trial and error to figure out.

Good value for collaboration
Confluence feels a bit pricey at first, especially for smaller teams, but honestly it pays off with how much time it saves us organizing projects and sharing docs. We've definitely seen a solid return on investment since the collaboration tools cut down on endless email threads. Sure, it's not the cheapest option out there, but the value it brings keeps me from looking elsewhere. If you need a reliable workspace that just works, it's worth every penny in my book.

Keeps Docs Organized
Our team was constantly losing track of document versions and updates, which slowed down our project timelines. Confluence made it easy to keep everything organized in one place, so now everyone knows where to find the latest info without endless email threads.

Smooth setup with minor hiccups
Setup was surprisingly smooth and I had it up and running within a couple hours. The onboarding materials helped a lot, though some parts took a bit of trial and error to figure out.

Mixed feelings after years
After using Confluence for over five years, I've seen it grow from a simple wiki tool into a more complex collaboration platform. Some features have definitely improved, but it feels like updates sometimes add unnecessary bloat rather than making things smoother. Still useful for documentation, but not as intuitive as I’d like.

Saved us from documentation chaos
Our team was drowning in scattered documentation and endless email threads trying to keep everyone on the same page. Confluence helped us centralize all project notes and meeting recaps in one place, making it way easier to track updates and collaborate without constantly chasing people down. The real-time editing and page version history saved us from a lot of confusion and duplicated work. It’s not perfect, but it really improved how we work together on complex projects.
