Worth the investment
At first, the price felt a bit steep for our small team, but after a few months it's clear the organization and collaboration features have saved us hours every week. Definitely a solid investment that’s paying off in productivity.

Great linking, editor needs work
The page linking feature is exactly what we needed to keep all our docs connected without losing track. However, the editor interface sometimes feels a bit clunky when trying to format complex tables, which can be frustrating.

Great collaboration, search needs work
The page collaboration feature in Confluence really helps keep our team on the same page, literally. Being able to comment directly on documents makes feedback quick and clear, which speeds up our workflow. However, I wish the search function was a bit smarter—it sometimes struggles to find what I’m looking for when pages have similar titles.

Great Collaboration, Search Needs Help
The page collaboration feature is exactly what we needed to keep everyone on the same page during projects. Editing is smooth and the inline comments make it easy to discuss changes without jumping between apps. However, the search function could use some improvement as it sometimes struggles to find relevant pages quickly.

Worth the investment
Confluence isn’t the cheapest tool out there, but for the way it helps keep our documentation organized and accessible, it’s worth the cost. Our team has definitely seen a solid return on what we put in, especially when you factor in the time saved searching for info.

Good for docs, a bit clunky
I gave Confluence a shot after using Notion and Google Docs for team collaboration. The structure and integration with Jira were helpful, but I found it a bit clunky compared to Notion’s flexibility and easier editing features. It works well for documentation, but sometimes feels slow and overly complex for quick notes or brainstorming.

Finally Organized Our Docs
Our team was drowning in scattered documentation and constant back-and-forth emails trying to keep everyone on the same page. Confluence made it way easier to centralize all project notes and updates in one spot, which cut down confusion and saved us a ton of time. I liked how easy it was to organize pages and share them quickly, especially when working remotely. Still, I wish the mobile app was a bit smoother for editing on the go.

Centralized docs, but clunky UI
We were drowning in scattered project notes and missed updates until we started using Confluence to centralize our documentation. It definitely helped keep things in one place, but the interface can feel clunky and sometimes slow when loading bigger pages.

Decent but a bit clunky
Kinda useful for keeping stuff organized but can be a bit clunky and slow sometimes. Not sure if it's worth the hassle for small teams tho.

Decent but has flaws
Started using Confluence about five years ago, and while it's improved in terms of interface and integrations, some features still feel clunky and unintuitive. Collaboration is decent, but sometimes pages load slowly or formatting gets messed up, which can be frustrating during tight deadlines. I appreciate how it keeps evolving, but I wish the search function was more reliable and the pricing more transparent for larger teams.
