Great for team notes
Confluence is pretty solid for keeping track of project notes and collab, tho sometimes it feels a bit clunky navigating between pages.

Good value for teamwork
Confluence costs a bit upfront, but the way it streamlines team docs makes it worth the spend for us. The boost in productivity easily covers the price over time.

Good for structured docs, not quick notes
Switched from Notion to Confluence because our team needed better integration with Jira, but honestly the interface feels clunkier and less intuitive. I like how Confluence handles permissions and versioning, but it’s not as flexible for quick note-taking compared to Notion or even Google Docs. It works fine for structured docs, but sometimes feels more complicated than it needs to be.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 12 started using Confluence a few months ago to keep track of projects and share docs. Getting everyone to use it consistently took some nudging, but now it's really helped keep collaboration smoother and info easier to find.

Great for team docs and Jira
Switched from Notion and SharePoint, and Confluence felt more intuitive for team documentation without all the extra clutter. The integration with Jira really sealed the deal, though sometimes the editor can be a bit frustrating to format.

Solid for team docs
I use Confluence mostly for team docs and project notes, and honestly, it’s been pretty smooth. The way it organizes everything makes it easy to find stuff later, which is a lifesaver when you’re juggling multiple projects. Sometimes the editor feels a bit clunky, but overall it’s solid and keeps everyone on the same page without much hassle.

Better for team docs
Switched from Notion and Google Docs because Confluence handles team collaboration and documentation in a way that feels more structured for larger projects. The integration with Jira really sold me, though the interface can feel a bit clunky at times.

Useful but a bit clunky
Our team of about 12 started using Confluence mainly for project documentation and meeting notes. Getting everyone on board was a bit rough since some folks preferred simpler tools like Google Docs, and the interface can feel clunky at times. Collaboration is decent once you get used to it, but the learning curve slowed down some of the workflow initially. Overall, it works but sometimes feels like overkill for what we need.

Useful but sometimes clunky
After about five years with Confluence, I've seen it improve in some ways, like better integration with other tools and smoother collaboration features. That said, it still feels a bit clunky at times, especially when managing large documents or complex projects. Overall, it's useful but can be frustrating if you're expecting a seamless experience all the time.

Mixed feelings after years
Started using this about 5 years ago and while it’s got better in some ways, the interface still feels clunky and sometimes slow, especially with bigger projects. Collaboration features work fine, but I wish the search was more reliable.
